The price is for the whole studio (max. 4 people). The villa is located in a large garden where you can sit with coffee. In the vicinity there is a climatic spa and ideal conditions for hiking, skiing, mountain biking and natural swimming. It is built on a slope on massive beeches and hornbeams, which provide a solid foundation for both the residential part and the large terrace. There are only 6 steps to the Treehouse, but the terrace is about 7 meters high. You can get here by forest road. Parking is provided for free for guests and then you will have only 350 meters to the house.

Small summer garden cottage with large terrace in the middle of the countryside. Absolutely secluded location on a mountain, between forest and field – in the romantic park-like garden of Villa Sunnyside, above Pillnitz Castle. It is a kind of hotel room by the forest. The special feature is that a gable wall is completely glazed and also allows a view of the countryside from the loft bed. The cottage can only be heated with an oil radiator and can therefore only be booked in the warmer seasons!

Our apartment is quietly and centrally located in the Rechenberg district as an ideal starting point for hikes into the surrounding forests. We are easily accessible by both car and train. Rechenberg train station is only about 5 minutes walk away. The Rechenberger Ökobad is a 200 m walk away. The cross-country ski areas in Nassau or Holzhau can be reached quickly. Rechenberg is also right on the Blockline, a mountain bike route with a total of 15 stages.

Here you will find complete facilities for a long-term winter/summer holiday or just for a weekend stay with friends or family. In winter you will not be able to reach the cottage, you have to leave the car parked in a parking lot 300 m away.
