We stayed as 2 families and 2 children, a great house to go as a family, the pool is clean, the house is clean, there are all the necessities. With a car that's close to everything, the only thing missing is the lack of internet in the house

Absolutely, it has a very good location, the neighborhood is very good, Ms. Hatice is very caring, she provided quick answers and helped with everything, the house was completely clean and very comfortable, the pool section is completely sunny, you can enjoy the shade under the porch if you want, your neighbors in the houses next to you are very friendly, you can feel as peaceful as in your own home

Mr. Onur is an extremely kind and caring host. Very fast in responding. Since he lived in Germany, Mr. Abdil took care of us during our stay. He was also a very professional and kind person. The house is exactly as seen in the photos. The pool was important to us, it was a clean pool. Regular maintenance was done while we were there. We liked that the house has 2 floors and separate apartments with 2 separate entrances, it may be preferred for crowded groups. They also helped with early check-in. We had a family vacation full of beautiful memories. We thank Mr. Onur. You can choose with your eyes closed.

It was very easy to communicate with the host. He responded to our questions very quickly and was very helpful to us. He definitely approached in a solution-oriented way. The location of the house is really central. You can easily access the surrounding beaches in 5-6 minutes. It's in a very decent neighborhood and there's no parking problem. 7 people stayed, we had a barbecue and all the items in the house were sufficient for this. The garden and pool area of the house was very pleasant and clean. The size of the rooms is sufficient. 8 people can stay comfortably. We did not have any problems and our holiday was very enjoyable.

Our stay at the place was really exceptional! The host surprised us with a handmade bottle of wine and homemade börek – that was such a warm and personal gesture that made our stay unforgettable. The apartment was very clean, cozy and perfectly equipped. The location is ideal to explore the surrounding area. The host was always available and super helpful. Omer's place was great, we stayed for 3 weeks and totally enjoyed it. I was working remote, the place was in peaceful and silent neighborhood and had a great sea view. Every day I woke up early and walked to sea which is maybe 40m away from the house. it is close to restaurants and beaches also, so there was everything we expected. it was a comfortable stay, definitely want to come back again. Hosts are great very friendly and helpful.

It was a very quiet house compared to the local area, and it was in a great location close to the places to visit, our aunt Aliye helped us a lot, you can come as a family and rent this house, which is the resting focus of your holiday, with peace and security.

Traveled as a family and we liked the house, in particular the nice garden and various outside seatings. We spent time on the beach, in the garden and drove to Ephesus / Selçuk. Mrs Talia Sirma was so nice, proactive, and friendly - a perfect host. 👍

A quiet and quality neighborhood in the Alaçatı region. Although it was far from Alaçatı Bazaar, we could easily drive there in 5 minutes, the house and the furniture in the house were very clean and very tidy. The pool was very clean, and the house had all the basic necessities.

We provided accommodation as my mother and my dog, the house was in a very large land, there were 2-3 dogs in the garden, but they did not approach the house and people, I chose a place with a garden, especially for my dog, we did not have any problems for him to travel comfortably, there is a small grocery store 5 minutes away from the house, there is a small grocery store 5 minutes away from the house, we did not have any problems with that, we preferred these places as a beach, kleopatra bay, the wheelchair beach lasts 15-20 minutes between the house and the house for 17 minutes, we provided easy transportation, there was a water problem when we went, but we were very satisfied with this situation, they always attracted water for the house, the house was very good, there were small missing items such as dishes, etc.

It is located in a quiet location, 5 minutes by car from Ilıca beach, the most beautiful beach of Çeşme. It is very suitable for family holidays.

It was a house with all kinds of amenities that would feel like you were in your own home . Honestly, I really like the house . It's a much nicer home than the pictures show. Definitely a place I would choose again and again. In addition, our hosts gave us very nice treats. The hosts were very welcoming and sent us off . The house was spotless from the kitchen to the bedroom. It is also ideal for families with child (ren). There is a Jbl sound system. You can light your barbecue with a sea view and enter the pool and eat . We will go again soon.

We stayed at the house of Mr. Ozan and Ms. Ilyada, there is nothing to say. Everything was perfect as in the photos, everything was thought out. It's a very comfortable house. Really 10-15 min drive to everywhere. The house is spotless and the garden is enormous. When we needed it, Mr. Ozan immediately helped us a few times. I know it as my most comfortable and peaceful holiday. I felt right at home everything was so clean and new. The furniture and house items were of good quality. I can't really find anything.
