It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

With a tiring life-rhythm, constant worries, always new burdens and obligations, there is always a need to find time for REST and RELAXATION. Built in 2020, this beautiful and spacious apartment features a kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a 50-inch TV, a bathroom with oversized shower, king size bed, underfloor heating, AC unit and brand new furniture. Parking is in front of the apartment in a fenced garden. Beautifully decorated and pleasant outdoor terrace of 30 m2 is enough to relax in the evening with a glass of wine. The main square, bars and restaurants are just a 5-minute walk away.

Welcome to a quiet home that offers great views and privacy. Enjoy the indoor Jacuzzi or relax in the sauna, perfect for lounging. The house includes terraces with a view where you can relax in peace. We also offer EV charging. Every item is designed to make your stay as comfortable and special as possible. For these extras (jakuzzi, sauna, car charging) we charge a supplement of €10 per use, allowing to maintain high quality and cleanliness of services.

A private house with a large and landscaped estate is a great choice for a perfect getaway and regeneration, or to actively spend time in nature. It is surrounded by lots of green and manicured surfaces, a forest, and a walnut plantation of exactly 100 trees. The house is newly furnished and suitable for 4-6 people. There is a balcony with a terrace , a covered barbecue area or an outdoor dining table, and a wine cellar.

Come to the hill of love and stay in pri lipi hut

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
