On the ground floor, a small entrance hall, double bedroom with the possibility of adding a folding bed, and cellar. Stairs to go up to the upper floor where there is a bathroom with shower and washing machine, large living room with sofa bed, fireplace, open kitchen with dishwasher. Opening onto a large terrace with table and grill and lounge sofa. Private parking 50 m away.

The apartment is in a house from the 1800s that has been renovated over the years. It is a typical accommodation, equipped with a wood-burning stove, the floors as well as the ceilings are made of wood. There is a staircase to access the bathroom. Separate entrance, garden with BBQ and pergola for grilling, the laundry is shared with the other two apartments. Public transport stops are a minute's walk away. Pets are welcome, you are required to notify us of your four-legged friend when booking.

We rent our lovingly furnished mountain hut in the Maggiatal Valley, Canton of Ticino. Built in 1866, the Rustico was completely renovated in 2021 and is located on Mount Arnau, above the village of Giumaglio, at an altitude of 1000 m. The hut is only accessible on foot and requires a two-hour hike uphill. It offers everything for a cozy and relaxing stay. We look forward to your visit. In the middle of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley, lies the Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico. The three-hundred-year-old house was extensively restored in 2021-2024 with the aim of preserving its character. A lot of emphasis has been placed on the use of natural materials when renovating with local craftsmen. The house is very high quality equipped with a luxurious kitchen, a modern bathroom and a great garden.

There are a number of hiking opportunities around the village. The caravan is simply furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped.
