Family-friendly holiday rentals in Cha-am District

This was our first trip to Thailand and Dirk's place did not disappoint. The photos did not do this property any justice. It is far more exceptional than pictures or words can explain. I would like to send the biggest THANKS to Suzie and Lily. They were exceptional hosts. The dining was better than any 5 star establishment. We ate the best and varied Thai food. We are currently making arrangements to return. The experience was like taking a piece of paradise out of a book, but being a part of the story. Once again my family and I Thank you for allowing us to enjoy such pleasure.

First time staying at this location and definitely would stay again. Easy check in peaceful area clean and comfortable beds. Will need a motorbike to get around as it’s out of the way.

This property was amazing! We were 7 guys in hua hin to play golf and the house accommodated us really well. 7 bedrooms, great pool and garden. Staff were extremely friendly and great cooks too! Will def come back!

Rain is such a wonderful establishment to stay in. The swimming pool is absolutely amazing, with lots of different sections to swim in amidst beautiful trees and gardens. You can hear birdsong in the mornings and evenings. The staff are all so welcoming and professional, it is a very well-run place. The apartment was perfect as well. Everything you need for daily life is provided and the kitchen is very well equipped. The couch is very big and comfortable. Some previous reviews say there was no wifi but now the apartment has very fast and reliable Wifi. The beach is not far and there are shops and restaurants very close by on the small roads beside Rain. It was a very peaceful and idyllic stay for us. I highly recommend staying here.

This is a beautiful apartment in a location about half way between Hua Hin and Cha Am. Lovely view of the ocean and with the windows open, it was breezy and pleasant, though there are two air-conditioners as well. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We were there nearly a month, and if you do not have a car or motorbike, you can use Grab to get into town---though sometimes it took a while to get a Grab. It is about a 20 minute drive into HH. There is a 7-11 type store close by for some shopping but if you want to cook, you will want to go into the malls in Hua Hin to grocery shop. There is a nice coffee shop, Fernpresso, about a 25 minute walk down the beach (closed on Tuesdays) and an affordable restaurant next to it as well. If you do not have good luck with the tides, then you will find that there is very little beach space as the tides come up high. It is a 10 minute walk from the apartment building to the beach. The swimming pools are wonderful! Great staff!

Asunto oli tilava ja valoisa. Pieni patio oli mukava oleskelupaikka aamukahville ja illan rauhoittumiselle. Vaikka vieressä oli toinen kerrostalo, välissä oleva kahluuallas antoi väljyyttä ja istutukset lisäsivät viihtyisyyttä. Koko alue oli erittäin hyvin hoidettu. Kahluuallas ja kaksi uima-allasta johdattivat hienosti rauhalliselle rannalle. Koska huoneistoon ei kuulunut siivousta, pyysimme sitä. Siivoojat olivat tehokkaita - puhdasta tuli. Kaikesta näki, että koko henkilökunta oli paneutunut työhönsä. Keittiönurkkaus oli pieni, mutta hyvin siinä valmisti aamu- ja välipalat. Lähellä oli pari hyvää ravintolaa. Noin 30 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä oli kauppa ja runsaasti ravintoloita sekä tietysti hierontapaikkoja. Tyylikäs ympäristö, avara asunto, rauhallinen tunnelma ja ystävällinen sekä tehokas henkilöstö loivat positiivisen muiston.

Fabulous stay in a lovely apartment on the 16th floor with a balcony overlooking the sea. beautiful place with a superb pool and gardens, the staff were fantastic and there are some great restaurants on the beach a few minutes walk away. We didn't want to leave!

Nina is a kind soul. I had a peaceful stay and she was very responsive to all our needs. I wish her much success in the future.

Vi havde 4 SKØNNE dage i dette fantastiske smukke skønne hus med en verdens klasse udsigt 😉 Jeg spiller selv golf og Eva hjælp mig med 50 % på greenfee. Fantastisk smuk bane. Min familie kunne følge med fra den skønne pavillon da jeg kom til hul 8. Alt i alt et super skønt hus med en MEGET smuk, skøn pool 👍 En fornøjelse at sidde og spise morgenmad og aftensmad på den skønne Terrasse. Vi brugte den app der hedder Bolt til at bestille taxa når vi tog ud og handle eller ind til Hua Hin centrum. Indtjekningen gik perfekt. Khun Ploy som er vært hjælp med at få bestilt massage og kom med mango frugt en dag. Verdens klasse ophold. Mit bedste af 6 forsøg via Airbnb. Venlig hilsen Per

We are a family of 10 pax with elderly and young kids. The host place was spacious and that gives everyone their own space and personal bathroom. The indoor swimming pool was also fabulous! The host prepared plenty of mineral water for us which last us more than our stay. The fruits and welcome cake were also a pleasant surprise! Overall, its a great place to chill for a holiday! Thumbs up.

สถานที่สะอาดค่ะ อยู่ห่างจากตัวเมืองหัวหินประมาณ20-30 นาทีถ้ารถติดก็จะใช้เวลานิดนึง แต่โดยรวมสะดวกสบายค่ะ เหมาะกับนักท่องเที่ยวที่มาเป็นครอบครัว

Ms. Nitcharee was very responsive and proactive. Our family of six comfortablely stayed at her place for two nights during the Songkran holidays. I would definitely go there to stay if we plan for another vacation in Hua hin.

雖然沒在華欣鬧區，但獨棟villa很適合一家老小，隔壁棟可能有活動每天都唱歌到很晚還好門關起來不太會被打擾，點外送建議可加一些小費，不然距離遠容易被棄單，其餘皆完美

Rinyarat’s house was so nice for our month long getaway! It was pet friendly which was a huge plus for us because we have 2 small dogs. The yard was perfect for them, fully fenced in. There were bikes we could use to ride to the beach which was about a half mile away or to the clubhouse which had 2 pools and a gym. The house had everything we needed and we had a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend it if you are looking for a place in Cha Am near the beach. It would be best to have your own car because it is a bit of a drive to get to restaurants. Grab & Food Panda both deliver to the house.

We are welcomed with a super friendly host. Explain everything in details, prepare everything we need. There are some cooking stuff, plates, and equipment for cooking... the environment is super cozy and relaxing. The rooms are pretty and clean with air conditioning... worth of money

Sehr gepflegte, ruhige Anlage. Tägliche Straßenreinigung und Müllentsorgung. Gemeinschaftspool und Fitnessbereich sind sehr sauber. Markt und Geschäfte sind nur wenige Gehminuten von der Anlage entfernt. Dadurch täglich frisches Obst! Alles, was wir für unseren 4-wöchigen Aufenthalt brauchten, war vorhanden. Ob Küchenutensilien/-maschinen, sehr leise Klimaanlagen, Mobiliar und die Betten, alles in einem guten Zustand und einer sehr guten Qualität. Das gepflegte Grundstück bietet schattige Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Nachbarschaft ist international und sehr angenehm. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die enge Bebauung. Eigentümerin Wongchan reagiert sehr schnell auf Nachrichten. Ihre Verwalterin (wohnt 2 Häuser weiter) kümmert sich vor Ort um sämtliche Angelegenheiten. Wir kommen seit 16 Jahren regelmäßig nach Thailand und haben schon viele Gegenden und Inseln kennengelernt. Wir haben uns immer und überall wohl gefühlt. Doch im Haus von Wongchan in Baanusabai waren wir zum ersten Mal zuhause!!

생활에 필요한 용품들이 빠짐없이 잘 갖춰져 있어 장기 숙박에도 전혀 불편함이 없었고, 주변이 조용해서 오토바이 소음 없이 편안하게 쉴 수 있었습니다. 침대 시트와 수건도 깔끔하게 교체되어 위생적으로 만족스러웠습니다.

It’s an awesome place, location, view to sunset and sunrise and the whole place. It’s a live in home not a made to rent place. We loved it.

The communication from this host was a definite 5/5. AJ was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The condo was clean and felt like HOME. The view was beautiful. Although there aren’t many walkable places, the peace and serenity of this area made up for it. There are a few restaurants along the beach, but not many. Would 100% stay again. Thanks AJ!

What an awesome place! We have a very great time staying in Nithiphat's place. The place is exactly as in the pictures. The rooms are spacious to accommodate 5 people. All the amenities are there for convenience. Everything is clean, new, and beautifully decorated. The balcony is really nice with a view of very large swimming pool and garden. You can easily walk to the beach club in 2 min. There's a gym to use for free and other 2 beautiful pools looking over the beach. Long beach which Baba beach club next to it. But the place is very beautiful and peaceful like you own the whole place. There's hardly any noise to bother you aside from the wind blowing and leaves rustling. The facilities are well-maintained. The host is very responsive and helpful. Constantly making sure our stay is smooth and comfortable. The check-in is easy. Honestly, I really can't recommend this place enough. Great place. Quiet. Few steps to the beach. Beautiful. Spacious. Definitely will stay again!

Bei die Unterkunft war alles top, schönes Bad/Bett/ etc., alles war sauber, gute Erreichbarkeit zum Stand, großer Pool, einzige bemängelung ist das es aufgrund des Verkehrs nicht gut erreichbar war.

La segunda vez que me quedo en este apartamento y me seguiría quedando otra vez más. Es un condominio muy bonito con una gran piscina y excelente gimnasio. El apartamento tiene todas las comodidades para pasar tantos días como uno quiera.
