Holiday rentals with a patio in Cha-am

Overall, this was an amazing place to stay—spacious and clean. We have previously stayed at La Casita twice, and this experience has been the best so far. The wardrobe was well-equipped with plenty of hangers, and we appreciated the clean sheets and bath towels. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement: > A dustbin in the living room would be helpful. > Providing shower gel would be nice, especially since we arrived at night without any, while the previous stays had included it. > A clean sponge for washing utensils is necessary; the one next to the sink was quite dirty. > The A/C in the bedroom wasn't cooling as effectively as expected. I'm unsure of the cause, but the living room A/C was fantastic, which helped a lot. Overall, I would definitely return to this place; it's a fantastic apartment in a great location. Richard’s unit was ideal for our two-week stay in Hua Hin. Comfortable furnishings, good shower with hot water. The unit is well-located in the La Habana complex, on the 7th floor with an inside view of the pool. The entire complex was very clean, extensive pool, good fitness room. The location was perfect for us, 5-minute walk to the beach, Cicada and Tamarindo markets. Richard was very quick to reply when we had questions. We will definitely want to stay there when we return to Hua Hin.

Had a pleasant stay at Zhaohui's apartment. Check-in was easy, the staff is friendly and the building looks modern and clean. He is well available and answers quickly to messages. There are enough kitchen utensils for cooking and the refrigerator has a good size to keep some ingredients and food. We can recommend his place and will be happy to rent again when we go to Hua Hin.

A perfect stay with a view that could cure jet lag! I spent a few weeks in this apartment and honestly – I couldn’t have asked for a better place. Everything was spotless (I’m talking “eat-off-the-floor” clean), peaceful, and that view from the 23rd floor? Breathtaking. I could’ve stared at it for hours – and, let’s be honest, I often did. The location was super convenient – with shops and restaurants just around the corner. I never had to walk far for a good meal or some essentials. Derek was friendly and helpful – communication was easy and smooth the entire time. All in all, nothing to complain about. Just a lot to appreciate. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hua Hin!

Spent a wonderful weekend in Hua Hin in this apartment. Stylish modern condo, direct access to a huge swimming pool right from the balcony felt very luxurious. The host warned us in advance of minor water damage to the floors even before accepting our booking request, which was very nice of them – the issue was indeed minor enough that it did not affect our experience at all. 10 minute walk to the beach, 15 minute walk to the nearest 7-11 and a bunch of cosy great restaurants. Would gladly stay here next time for longer – if you're planning a weekend or a couple weeks in the area, look no further

Loved this apartment on the 7th floor of the Marvest building. This is the quieter part of the building with views of the mountains and lovely sunset views. The bed was comfy, the kitchen and bathroom were squeaky clean, and there’s even a distant sea view from the second bedroom. Anything we asked for, Annie was willing to accommodate (another bedside lamp, a bigger drying rack, and a new kettle). She was so friendly and helpful, as were all the staff and security guards. The building is in a great location, a 2-min walk from 7-11 for water supplies and a few minutes from Villa Market, a nice grocery store. Also only 10 mins walk from the old town, one of the night markets, and good restaurants. Everything else is a quick Grab ride away. We’ll definitely return.

Wat een fantastisch huis, waar we een heerlijke tijd hebben gehad. Bij binnenkomst voelden we ons gelijk thuis. Het huis is groot, zeer schoon en ligt op een mooie plek op het einde van een rustig straatje. Zeer privé. We kwamen gemakkelijk binnen met de instructies. Er waren snacks, drinken en koffie. We konden via Grab eten bestellen maar er zijn ook genoeg opties in de buurt. 2 keer per week kwam de Pool Guy en 1 keer per week de schoonmaak. Wat erg prettig was. Het contact met Teeladee verliep gemakkelijk en altijd vriendelijk. Wij komen hier zeker weten terug!!

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful property, and I can confidently say it deserves every single one of its 5 stars! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The host was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location of this property is absolutely perfect! It is just a short walk to the beach, making it ideal for families like ours who love spending time by the water. The convenience of being so close to Blue Port Mall was also fantastic – we could easily shop, dine, and explore without worrying about transportation. The house itself was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could ask for. The kitchen had all the essentials, which made preparing meals a breeze, and the cozy living areas were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable, and provided everyone in our family with a restful night's sleep.

A perfect stay for myself and my family to stay in Hua Hin and explore the area. The location was great! Right by a 7-eleven and a Mini Big C, cafes and restaurants. We trained Muay Thai at King of Muay Thai Gym which was less than a 10min walk away. Other attractions were walking distance such as Hua Hin Market, beach, Market Village & Bluport Shopping Centres. Tamarind & Cicada Markets are about 3km away but it was so easy and cheap to get a Grab there - they are well worth visiting. The host was extremely thoughtful. We arrived late in the evening and she made sure we got there safe, made it easy to check in and had everything we needed. Upon arrival there were snacks which was a lovely surprise. The house is very spacious and has everything you need to live there comfortably! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be returning here when visiting Hua Hin in the future.

We had the most wonderful stay at Jane’s place, it felt like home, probably because it is their home. It had all the amenities we needed and we were very comfortable. The swimming pool had a nice temperature (especially for our 1 year old), but we did wish there had been more sun beds because it was a bit stressful not knowing if we would get a spot in the shade. Thankfully more parasols were added after a while, so that helped. The pool garden is lovely (so is the maintenance man) and a great restaurant called 3 Monkeys is right there next to it. They also have a pool table which we were very happy about. The beach is right down the street, and it’s a very nice beach! Tops and 7/11 is right around the corner, so is Amata spa, a great massage studio. We highly recommend staying here!

Heike condo is functional, stylish and practical. Heike has put careful planning into making sure her guest feels at home. The bed, pillows and towels are comfortable. You will sleep so well. You don’t need to rush to the shops on arrival as Heike has essentials in the room. Yoga mat for morning stretches Basket for your washing Towels for the pool. If you want comfort stay here. Rung’s place are very clean with comfortable bed and clean bathroom with aminities. The location is very good in the city of Huahin where you can walk to Huahin beach within 10 min. Close to nice restaurant, nightlife, market village and it’s not that far to walk about 15 min. Anyway, we love cooking and we found a big piece of beef. We would love to cook steak and drink wine at our place but the place does’t have bigger pan, plates and cuttery for steak as well as wine glass. When we request from Rung, she responsed straight away that she would arrange those stuff tomorrow so we could cook our steak and drink wine. Then she brough us brand new of everything we need and a pack of bread for us to enjoy with steak. Rung is such a great host with high hospitallity. I really recommend Rung’s place for your stay in Hua Hin if you like a place that convenient and clean.

Wonderful little apartment close to night markets, the local yoga studio, and the beach. Great gym and pool at La Habana complex. Ravissara was very responsive, friendly and accommodating for our later check in. Perfect for our week long getaway.

Very close to the beach and malls. Building and apartment were very clean. Very nice roof top bar and restaurant in the sister Hotel located right beside Dusit D2 Residence. Everything worked perfectly in the apartment. It was a very enjoyable stay.

This place was perfect. it's close enough to walk to a lot of places, but also the songthaew go past regularly if you don't fancy the walk. shopping center is close by, was great for us being here for Songkran, lots going on, got drenched 2 mins after stepping out of the place, perfect! lovely pool to relax in and the room itself was homely.
