La Mason dl'Ansiva - Baita nel Gran Paradiso

“La casa del bucato” è stata così chiamata perché è posizionata nelle vicinanze del lavatoio che un tempo (e qualche volta ancora oggi) veniva usato dalle donne del borgo per fare il bucato, “l’ansiva” appunto. Questa piccola ma accogliente casa, completamente accessibile, curato nei minimi dettagli per cullarvi nella suggestione montana, è costituita da un unico ambiente che ospita un letto matrimoniale, un angolo cottura e un bagno e affaccia su l’area esterna attrezzata adibita a solarium.

Ski slopes and thermal baths can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

In the house of my parents I renovated this 2 room apartment for you in August 2018. Modern, stylish and cosy. The apartment on the first floor has two balconies. The new open kitchen with dishwasher is fully equipped. The couch in the living room can also be used as an additional double bed (sofa bed) after consultation. The apartment has an underground parking space (important in case of snowfalls!). The house is very well maintained - only a few steps from the centre of the village.

Our home in the deep mountain forest exists in quiet isolation, 1 kilometer from the nearest inhabitants. We offer you an attic apartment hand-renovated by Riccardo. The apartment has a big bed and pull-out couch (both situated under skylights), a living area, kitchenette, private bathroom and a view of the valley.

Appartement chaleureux de 35 m2 en rez de chaussée d'un ancien moulin à huile réabilité dans les années 50. La maison se situe dans un petit hameau du village de Séez à 3 kms de Bourg St Maurice gare TGV où nous pouvons aller vous chercher. À proximité navette gratuite pour se rendre à la Rosière par le télésiège des écudets ou bien prendre le funiculaire pour la staiton des Arcs . A disposition, thé ,capsules de café, infusions, sucres pour le petit déjeuner.
