This accommodation is recommended as an oasis of peace. It has a large garden, with a nice and sparkling clean, heated swimming pool. In the surrounding garden, you can sit or lie in a comfortable chair or hammock, under the trees. Your own space is cozy and clean and everything has been thought of for a pleasant stay. The friendly helpful English speaking hosts showed a nice bike ride and even offered to have oysters come, super! The reception was very pleasant, you can count on explanation and assistance when you need it. There was also a nice bottle of apple juice in the fridge with muffins. There is much to discover in the area, such as the beautiful coast and the abbeys. The supermarket in Marans is a short distance away.

Very good 15-day stay in Sylvie's cottage, very responsive if needed. Very clean and complete accommodation. Very well equipped for coming with a 3-year-old child, baby bed or small bed, barrier at the bottom and top of the stairs, fenced garden and gate.

Marie and her husband Dominique were wonderful hosts. They explained all we needed to know to explore the region, making excellent suggestions for both biking and visits. The location was perfect to discover the Marais Poitevin, but also the get to the coast, the city of La Rochelle or the Isle de Ré. The place was very well equipped, with excellent beds, and tastefully decorated. We loved the surroundings as well, the fields and the canals, and the total silence at night. No doubt, it was a perfect place for a peaceful holiday.
