The apartment was immaculate and very comfortable for our group of 4 adults. The location is excellent, everything is on your doorstep. Ian was extremely helpful with our parking needs and a great host. I would definitely recommend the apartment to family and friends.

The Hutch was a really nice place to stay and exactly what we was after ! Small but it had everything we need including towels and kitchen supplies, quick wifi too and a space on the drive to park, quiet to sleep in with a really comfy bed, and a walking distance from some lovely cafes , pubs and restaurants- and a ten minute Uber from Southend on Sea. Would stay again for sure!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and very clean place. Haleh was very quick to communicate and the instructions for the place were very clear. I highly recommend this place as a top choice in Southend.
