Steps away is stunning vibrant Torquay Harbour with a wide variety of wonderful restaurants, bars, shops and attractions and a short walk to Meadfoot and Torquay beaches. I offer my guests complimentary parking permits for one car in the surrounding streets, however spaces are limited, toiletries, kitchen basics, linens and super fast broadband.

The ground floor has an open plan living space with wooden flooring throughout. There is a well equipped kitchen, dining area and seating area with comfortable leather sofas and curved screen TV. On the 1st floor are 2 bedrooms & family bathroom and a huge master bedroom on the 2nd floor with en-suite.

Guests will also have use of a local indoor pool and free evening entertainment at a local holiday park. There is parking available at just £6 per day or free parking a short walk away.

Beautiful cottage within 2 mins easy walking distance of harbour, shops, restaurants, buses and boats. Lovely to relax in, this 300 year old cottage has lots of original features but with all the comforts of modern living. Great place for walkers, close to coastal path to Berry Head or Fishcombe cove and you can catch the bus back to the square just a few steps from the cottage. Evenings explore the restaurants and then at the end of the evening its just a few easy steps back to the cottage.

Our home is colourful, fun & the perfect waterside getaway for chill time, cosy home comforts and evening dinners out only a stroll away. Or, just enjoy the free-standing bath or an evening BBQ, with Topsham's many independent little shops a few metres away. Note; has steep stairs.
