Holiday rentals with a patio in Chamberí

Apartamento perfecto, muy limpio y amplio para 5 personas. La estancia perfecta y el apartamento fiel a las fotos. Tiene todos los utensilios, plancha y secador.

We had a great stay! We landed early in the morning and they were accommodating about letting us check in early. The beds were comfortable and it was great having laundry. The space looked like the pictures and we enjoyed drinks on the patio. It was also right next to a big park for jogging :D Thank you!

Great location, close to the Madrid palace and walkable to many restaurants, shopping, points of interest, etc in downtown. The apartment is very spacious, private and in a peaceful location. The host was very responsive and also gave us good recommendations when we had specific questions.

Hemos estado muy bien en el apartamento. La pena es que llegamos muy tarde y no pudimos disfrutar de sus instalaciones. Pero estay de 10

We had an amazing stay at Cristina’s place in Madrid. The location is fantastic, tucked close to brilliant restaurants and bars that feel wonderfully local and off the typical tourist trail. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with all the modern amenities you could need, perfectly matching the sleek, contemporary building. Cristina was a fantastic host: thoughtful, responsive, and eager to help with anything we needed to make our stay comfortable. I stayed with my wife and our 11-month-old, and we couldn’t have asked for a better home base for exploring Madrid. Highly recommended!

Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa! O espaço foi ideal para nós! Estava super limpo e organizado. Com todas as comodidades necessárias para uma estadia confortável. O anfitrião foi muito simpático! Amei o bairro. Não vejo a hora de voltar!!!

We stayed here while attending a congress and it was super clean and comfortable. Nice decor too.... Thanks for hosting us! Only thing we would recommend is to install a new mattress on the single bed as it's very uncomfortable. We hope to be back :)

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

Amamos hospedarnos en la casa de Victor! Todo el espacio estaba perfectamente adecuado para recibirnos a mi familia y a mi... Te sentirás muy cómodo si decides quedarte aquí, Laura y Victor fueron muy atentos al responder nuestras dudas y estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos cuando se los pedimos.

Apartamento amplio, 3 habitaciones, , muy cerca de aeropuerto, bien comunicado para llegar al centro de la ciudad, , todo funciona perfecto.

We stayed at Juan’s place for over 10 days and rented two units to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. Both units were on first floor and ours had a beautiful garden. Perfect for 2 adults and maybe a kid. Clean, spacious and within walking distance to great restaurants, grocery stores, Alcala street, metro and bus stops. Juan was very friendly and responsive. The AC was great since it was very hot outside. Also, very convenient laundry room in the common area. Our only complain is the very poor internet service. We had to use our data almost every day while being inside the apartment. Although Juan indicated new internet was going to be installed we experienced the problem until we left.

We had a wonderful stay at Adelaida’s casa, was very nice & very spacious. Everything worked great especially after we discovered the range top was an induction appliance, since I knew about these I had to explain how it worked to my brother-in-law, since he was unaware & was doing the cooking. The neighborhood is impressive & very secure, so we felt very comfortable taking some long walks around the various loops in the gated community. If we are ever in Madrid we will try to rent here again & advise others to do so as well!

local a 25 min do centro. casa super arrumada, boa tv, bons colchões. Juan foi sempre muito simpático e prestável. Recomendo bastante 👌

I had a great stay at Basyar's place. I'd just been running a large event in Madrid and therefore needed some peace and quiet and it delivered exactly that. its out of the main hustle and bustle of Madrid which may not suit everyone but for me it was perfect. I particularly loved the terrace and small pool which is a rare find and the sun shone so I was able to make the most of it. The property is a 20-30 mins drive outside of central Madrid (depending on time of travel) but this was fine for me. I didn't take public transport or really research the local area but found a small shop round the corner which was sufficient for my needs. Basyar was really responsive when I had questions and was very accommodating when I had to extend my check-out time. I will definitely return.

Magnifique appartement, dans un quartier calme et en même temps proche des quartiers animés. Le métro est proche et permet d’aller rapidement au centre de Madrid Échange impeccable avec l’hôte, bienveillante et arrangeante sur notre arrivé et départ Appartement soigné, de qualité, chaleureux Je recommande

El alojamiento era perfecto, tal y como se ve en las fotos e incluso mejor. Amplio, limpio y bonito. Muy recomendable (sobretodo si van al estadio Metropolitano,está muy cerca). Atenta, y responde rápido los mensajes. Todo perfecto. Gracias!!!!!

This was our second time staying at Maria’s place; the first was made by my wife. And there’ll be more stays in the future. Maria is just the nicest host & we always feel immediately at home in her lovely apartment. So did our cat, who loved sleeping outside in the balcony garden We had more time to explore the area this time. Found Dot Cafe Bar a minute away whereas a 4 minute walk takes you to Nuo Sushi & Ramen 4 minutes . A 15 minute walk will get you to K Store on Embajadores, a modern Asian supermarket with a huge selection, in case you are hankering after ramen. Highly recommended place and neighborhood.

What a great place! We stayed for a month while learning Spanish and could not have been happier. Great location, in the heart of La Latina, easy to walk to all the major sights. Quiet and the air conditioner works really great. Rebecca and Victor have done everything to make a long stay really comfortable. The bedroom has really nice his-and-her wardrobes with ample space (and hangers) for holding all your clothes and even a jewelry tray! Then, there are the two bathrooms. One has a rain shower and the other has a regular shower so you can take your pick. The primary bathroom also has plenty of storage in drawers below the double sink so that you don't have to clutter the counter. And the water pressure is great. The kitchen is well-equipped and the fridge is big enough to store plenty of food. The stovetop works well. There is a washer that also dries your clothes (although it does take a while....) All in all, a fabulous stay!

Muy buen alojamiento situado a 15 min andando del Wizink Center, así que es genial si vas a un evento. Entramos 4 personas perfectamente porque el sofá cama es enorme. El piso es también muy bonito y sin duda lo recomendaría! Muchas gracias a Paola y Ceci por todo.

El alojamiento de Jose es estupendo. Fuimos 5 personas, tenía toallas para todas, nos dejaron cápsulas de café para el desayuno, sal, aceite, azúcar, tés e infusiones. Algo que es de agradecer. Buena localización, cerca de paradas de bus y metro. Por las noches es muy tranquilo, puedes descansar. Y Jose muy amable. Si tienes algún problema tienes su número de teléfono para llamarlo en cualquier momento. Hemos estado como en casa. Esperamos volver pronto.

Awesome host and unit. Sufa was always quick to answer my queries and very accommodating with checking in. Was super sweet to see the fridge stocked up with bread, eggs, and water when I arrived..as well as oil and basic cooking supplies. The location was great, not a long walk to the metro station, the walks helped me make room for all the great food Madrid has to offer. I had a great experience visiting Madrid and Sufa’s hospitality was a part of that!

El apartamento estaba impecable! Y Lucía es una excelente host :) nos lo indicó todo a la perfección! Lo único que el apartamento queda un poco lejos del centro si vas con un bebe se complica porque la gestión con el metro no está preparada para bebes (no hay ascensores)! También al estar al lado de la carretera se oía un poco! Estuvimos muy bien! Gracias por todo!
