Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Traditional wooden chalet in the mountains with magnificent views ideal for couples looking for a quiet break close to nature. Marked hiking trails are on offer from the door. The ground floor has a light kitchen-dining area which leads directly to the south facing terrace with outdoor seating to contemplate the beauty and silence of the mountains. The chalet is equipped with underfloor heating, fibre optic WIFI, a WC, shower and stairs leading to a double bedroom. Private parking space.

Between mountain and lake, our house is 5mn away from Aix les Bains city center, its lake and 20mn from the Nordic/Downhill Revard ski slopes. You will appreciate our completely renovated Chalet thanks to its comfort, its large garden (1200m2) and its beautiful view on the Alps. Our house is perfect for families with kids, friends gathering, people passionated by mountain sports and businessmen tired from hotels... Rated as a 4-star vacation cottage in 2024 **** Glamorous atmosphere facing the mountain: master suite, sauna, 2 person bathtub, huge walk-in shower... On the garden level of a chalet 15 minutes from the Manigod ski area (ski connection La Clusaz), and 25 minutes from Annecy. The owner lives in the cottage above, but the cottage is completely independent and has no common areas with other tenants or with the hosts. 2 car parking. Possibility of cleaning option to be paid on site: €30.

Our little Chalet is a place of relaxation and charm, 20 m2 with a 10 m2 mezzanine. Everything has been thought out for your comfort in a traditional mountain cocooning decor. For your relaxation and well-being, you can enjoy our 60-jet HOT TUB installed facing a superb panorama. This chalet, easy to access with its parking, was built in a green setting with breathtaking views of the mountains. Cruet (alt 350 m) is a village in the Combe de Savoie.

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. At an altitude of 650 meters (2,133 feet), the 180° view from the terrace of the surrounding mountains is exceptional. Here, you can frequently spot birds of prey and other birds, as well as large animals (deer, does) depending on the season. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants.

Although located next to our house, the vacation rental is completely independent and private.
