This renovated, unique and spacious gîte, with an eco-responsible approach, is located 8 minutes from the city center of Chambéry and 6 minutes from the highway. The accommodation has an open private parking lot with 4 spaces, self check-in and high-speed WiFi (fiber) access. A playroom and outdoor playground will delight the little ones. The heated pool (not to be confused with a hot tub), which is shared with the hosts, is open from May to September inclusive, subject to favorable weather.

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

Our house is located in the heart of Novalaise. Enjoy its large terrace with views of the mountains, and its tastefully furnished interior. All shops are 2 steps away, as well as the market on Sunday and Wednesday mornings. It is in a preserved setting that you can enjoy Lake Aiguebelette (swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding...) as well as La Chaine de L'Épine (cycling, hiking...)
