The large pontoon-terrace opens onto the pond populated by geese, ducks and many birds that you can observe. L'Étang du Sabotier – Highly comfortable pavilion

The fishing pavilion is set in an exceptional site. Facing the pond, it is extended by large sunny terraces that cascade down to the fishing dock. The property is located away from the village of Seloignes, near Chimay, along a stream and on the edge of the forest. Once the gate is closed, you find yourself in another world. You will be 100 meters from the beach and the nautical base (pedalo, canoe...). A trail, popular with joggers and walkers, allows you to go around the lake (5km). The city of Langres, less than 10 km away, will be appreciated for its rich heritage and shops. No shops in the village.

Welcome to the Château de la Malmaison, In the family for 6 generations, we took over this home and completely renovated it during a year of intense work completed in December 2019. Ideally located between Reims (20 min) and Epernay (8 min), you will be in an exceptional setting. The house is in a family property and a 6-hectare park. In the form of lodgings you will find everything you need.
