Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Waterfront house

This old renovated house, originally built for the workers of the Moutot factory (a 19th-century cement factory) awaits you by the banks of the Serein River, with its feet in the water. The living space is located on the first floor, accessible from the courtyard via a staircase, and from the garden through the terrace overlooking the river. This place is a haven of nature in a very peaceful environment. 5-minute drive from Noyers-sur-Serein, one of the most beautiful villages in France.

Tiny House, "the Walden experience" in Passy-sur-Seine, has a mezzanine double bed, a hammock-style reading area, a bathroom and a dry toilet. The large pontoon-terrace opens onto the pond populated by geese, ducks and many birds that you can observe. Jérôme takes you to the Bullet to discover the UNESCO-listed hillsides, price on request. A sharing of our life on our two boats: Bullet1927 for aperitifs, Zwaantje for your starry nights. 2 canoes are available.
