Nestled in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Regional Natural Park, surrounded by fields and lakes, La Maison T&M invites you to take a break, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. 1.5 hours from Paris, 1 hour from Reims and 20 minutes from Troyes, our property is the starting point for a Champagne getaway combining nature, relaxation and discovery. Come and recharge your batteries in an authentic setting where the calm and beauty of the landscapes will punctuate your stay.

Located in the village of Rosiére-la-Grande, the cottage has exceptional views of the countryside. After a walk through the Ardennes forests on foot or by mountain bike, a visit to the many points to visit nearby (Bastogne, Bouillon,...), you can enjoy the private outdoor jacuzzi or sauna to recharge your batteries. Located at the rear of the farm, you can access it through your private entrance from the parking lot of the property. This country inn will delight you with its charm and comfort.

Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Mezzanine studio, independent entrance, very quiet with a view of the courtyard and garden. All shops within walking distance (supermarket, bakery, butcher shop, pharmacy), bus and tram allowing quick access to the city center, between the 2 train stations of the city. We can accommodate up to 3 people (sofa bed 140 cm and double bed 160). Equipped kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob, multifunction microwave, Nespresso and filter) Fiber internet, TV with box and free WIFI available.

Quiet cottage with stunning forest views

This quiet cottage enjoys exceptional views and has a private garden of 5 hectares with tennis available to tenants. The forest starts at the bottom of the garden. The walks are endless. The cottage is a remote annex, independent of the main house which is sometimes inhabited by the owners. The cottage "Haut Chenois" is located 1 km from the village of Herbeumont, beautiful tourist village of the Semois valley, just next to the Gaume known for its sunny climate

The Barse Stable

Built in an old stable, our cottage is actually a large 65 m2 studio, an outbuilding not overlooked, where you will be in the quiet of the Champagne countryside. Come and discover exceptional nature: the passage of migratory birds, the forests of the Regional Natural Park and the Orient Lakes. Swimming, fishing, forest walks, we are also 10 minutes from the Thennelières highway exit, 20 minutes from the Nigloland amusement park or 20 minutes from Troyes!

Stay in a quiet location while enjoying the proximity of the surrounding shops. We are located less than 5 minutes from the historic center of Sedan and its medieval castle (a favorite monument of the French). The studio is spacious and bright, opening onto a terrace covered by a pergola, overlooking the park. Dining area with kitchen on one side and bedroom with TV on the other. Bathroom with toilet. The studio has an independent entrance.

Charming small 18 m2 studio in the basement, with completely independent entrance through the garage, close to Mac Arthur Glen factory outlets, with easy access to the ring road leading to downtown Troyes and on the road to the lakes of the Orient Forest. Guests can park their vehicle easily. You will enjoy a neatly decorated bedroom, with recent bedding (140*190) and quality, and a room with a shower area, separate toilet and kitchen area.

Large accommodation with equipped kitchen. Check-in is done independently with a code box. The bedrooms overlook the garden side, ensuring a quiet atmosphere. The two bedrooms, kitchen and shower room/WC suite is independent. A third bedroom, potentially occupied, opens onto the common landing. One bottle of water per room is available at your convenience. A coffee pod, a Madeleine and a Bergamot of Nancy for your welcome.

Pool and hot tub access directly from the studio. This access is exclusive Percola and private terrace. Towels and bathrobe available. The hot tub is open year-round. The pool is only accessible during the summer (early May to end of September)

Cozy cottage in the countryside

We are pleased to welcome you to our small cozy 35 m² cottage, located in an annex of our property. Located 20 km from Lake Der, the accommodation has two terraces, one of which is covered to enjoy the sun from morning to evening. The cottage is completely independent and has its privacy (not overlooked by the adjoining owners' house). Guests can enjoy the orchard and 3500 m² garden.
