Holiday rentals with a patio in Champagne-Ardenne

We had a great stay, the place is exactly as described, with a well equipped kitchen and very comfortable bed. We loved to relax in the little patio with the big couch and flowers!

We enjoyed the comfortable and spacious apartment . It is beautifully renovated in a beautiful color scheme. You can walk to the city center, market hall and many restaurants in 2 minutes. We spent a day on the train to Reims. You can park your car for free near the station. Behind the apartment is also a great parking space. Bertrand and Daphnée are friendly, helpful and respond quickly. If you want to visit Chalon and Champagne, this is a great place.

It is rare to find an Airbnb where there is nothing to complain about, everything is so perfect from the welcome, to the cleanliness, to the services, to the decoration... many delicacies so appreciable when you arrive in a new accommodation 10/10

Beautiful apartment in a really lovely location. We loved the decor and felt right at home! Val d’Europe literally around the corner which made for great access to shops and restaurants. And Disneyland an easy 25min walk. Have to give special mention to L’Atelier Boulangerie…5 min walk and the best baguettes, pastries and cakes!

We love our stay. Although we stayed for a short time, as we spent most of the day at Disney, when we arrived we found a pleasant and quiet place to rest for another night. The shower was great with plenty of pressure in the shower. The cleaning was excellent and when I needed tips, the host promptly responded. very close to a bus stop and voila, in ten minutes we were at Disney. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. If we go back, this accommodation will definitely be our choice. thank you!

Very comfortable apartment with garage on the ground floor with enough clearance for our SUV and top box. Spacious bathroom with good shower.

We spent one night at Laetitia’s place on our way to Italy with our dog. The cottage was really perfect for our needs, comfortable and homely with a fantastic, spacious, courtyard equipped with lounging furniture and BBQ. Laetitia was very welcoming and communicative, she left us some lovely treats and we felt right at home straight away. We had originally planned to go out for dinner but the place was so nice that we decided to make the most of it instead. A couple of steaks from the local butcher on the BBQ a nice bottle of Bourgogne red and we were happy! Must also mention that there is a fantastic dog walk less than a minute away all along the canal! We will certainly be back!

Great location about 200m off the main business street so easy access for bakeries, restaurants, groceries, etc. but quiet.

Jennifer is very friendly and helpful. She lives close by in the village, so she can quickly come by if needed. The house is cozy with a large wood stove and equipped with everything you need to have a nice time. One of the beds is also suitable for taller people, like me, not everywhere in France. 😀 On the terrace there is sun all day, so you can also eat outside. The neighbours are friendly. The area is very rural and perfect for hiking. There are bakers, supermarkets, etc. at some distance. In short, the house, the village and the region are definitely recommended.

Absolutely Magical! As amazing as the space looks in the photos, the reality is truly spectacular! Every detail and every element is passionately crafted, curated - sculpted and painted with an attention to detail that inspires wonder and excitment at every turn. Hélène and Stephane graciously welcomed us in, and walked us through the many secrets of their enchanting labyrinth. It is clear that they have put an enormous amount of love into the creation of this peaceful haven, and that they are passionate about sharing this magic with others!

A total 5* stay. From the offset, great instructions to get in - got videos by whataspp for each aspect, which was fantastic and made it easy to follow. The place was exactly as shown in the pictures. Child friendly, quiet, clean. Nice quality shower. Good kitchen. Good sleeping arrangements. Overall great stay and would recommend for sure. Took a cab to Disney from the apartment to save the little legs walking for when inside. But location wise definitely walkable. Also really close to the shopping and restaurants. Wish i knew the great shopping and would have stayed an extra night for that alone! :)

We had a great time with the family. The accommodation matches the photos, and it is very well decorated. It feels like home. We couldn't enjoy the small garden because the temperatures were a little cold for us. The location is ideal for getting to Disney, we will recommend it to our loved ones.

Stunning place, and the most homely Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in :) Completely spotless and it really has everything you could ever need. The garden is big and quiet, looking over the fields. Supermarket nearby. Easy parking and handy garage space if you’re coming with bikes or a pushchair. Overall we love it and Anja has been really responsive and helpful!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb close to Disneyland Paris! From the moment we booked, communication with the host was excellent—friendly, prompt, and helpful with local tips and clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Three great rooms, all with comfortable queen beds. The house is big, lots of space to hang out. Although, we walked into the old city. In just 15 min you are across the bridge into the heart of old Luxembourg and the pedestrian district. The B&B could not possibly be in a better location. Absolutely ideal.

A real favorite for this charming place, carefully renovated and perfectly integrated into a peaceful landscape. You just feel good there.
