A unique country home has finally opened its doors! Le Logis de Courterolles is an independent apartment located on the 1st floor in the former extension of the castle. The apartment consists of a spacious and bright living room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. It has an access to a spectacular 8 ha parkland where you can dine outside, enjoy botanical collection of the gardens, artworks and picturesque landscape. Courterolles is an ideal location to visit main attractions in Burgundy.

All shops within walking distance (supermarket, bakery, butcher shop, pharmacy), bus and tram allowing quick access to the city center, between the 2 train stations of the city. We can accommodate up to 3 people (sofa bed 140 cm and double bed 160). Equipped kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob, multifunction microwave, Nespresso and filter) Fiber internet, TV with box and free WIFI available.

The cottage is a remote annex, independent of the main house which is sometimes inhabited by the owners. The cottage "Haut Chenois" is located 1 km from the village of Herbeumont, beautiful tourist village of the Semois valley, just next to the Gaume known for its sunny climate

We are located less than 5 minutes from the historic center of Sedan and its medieval castle (a favorite monument of the French). The studio is spacious and bright, opening onto a terrace covered by a pergola, overlooking the park. Dining area with kitchen on one side and bedroom with TV on the other. Bathroom with toilet. The studio has an independent entrance.

We are pleased to welcome you to our small cozy 35 m² cottage, located in an annex of our property. Located 20 km from Lake Der, the accommodation has two terraces, one of which is covered to enjoy the sun from morning to evening. The cottage is completely independent and has its privacy (not overlooked by the adjoining owners' house). Guests can enjoy the orchard and 3500 m² garden.
