The house has a single-storey access in a peaceful location. Without taking a car, you will find nature, departures for hikes in the forest. You are less than 5 minutes from a shopping area and 10 minutes from the city center of Périgueux. You can visit the "green venice" that is Brantôme. During your stay, I will sometimes occupy the bottom of the house with an independent entrance to yours. You can enjoy a barbecue, hammock, deckchairs... all on a 1500 m² enclosed plot
