Holiday rentals with a patio in Chang Phueak

The apartment was exactly as advertised, extremely clean and very close and walkable to old city! There were many restaurants and cafe at walking distance and lots to do!! Would recommend for a longer term stay as well!

The house is close to Nimman Road, surrounded by food, drink, and 5 minutes walk to Maya.The underground garage is also convenient for parking.The host is Chinese, Nice communication is accessible, and the response is more timely throughout.The balcony is large and you can see Kuthep Suthep mountain directly.Check-in is also very convenient, you can just take the key at the front desk.

Very nice property with all the amenities you could ask for. 7-11, KFC and more directly across the street. More restaurants,nightlife and more close by. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

This stay is amazing! It is exactly what we are looking for, private, peaceful, nice scenery, and amazing amenities! We arrived a little later than expected as we didn't expect the drive it would take. The stay was ready for us when we arrived. The place is pretty private with neighbours about 100m away from us. We really love the place as it has all the things we needed for our stay. If you are looking for a private place for your fam or love ones, peaceful, private and great ammenities! Look no further!

Stayed at Hong's place for 5 nights, super super responsive host that also gave us some great local food recommendations :) A little more mosquitoes this time round bcos of the rainy season, but it wasn't an issue if you stay indoors! Plus the airbnb was well equipped with all kinda of mosquito repellent/swatter/spray etc :")) A great location to stay at, easy to get around with the Bolt/Grab app! The room is not far from tourist attractions. Easy to get around. The house feels as warm as home. Fully equipped. There is a small kitchen. Everything is available. The bedroom has a soft and comfortable bed. Impressive.🫶🏻

What a wonderful place to stay! Gorgeous shared pool with a private hot tub and very spacious bedrooms. Everything was pristine and matched the photos exactly. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend everyone to come here when visiting Chiang Mai. Super attentive hosts who are extremely responsive to all your needs.

The place was just what we needed to end our trip in Chiang Mai. It was clean and looked like the pictures and was within a reasonable walking distance to places we wanted to go too.

We love visiting Chiang Mai and Ta’s place did not disappoint as a great option for housing. She’s done well to transform the space in such a unique way. Lots of beds (mattresses were a little hard for our liking but everyone is different on their preference). The space felt clean and inviting, and as a host, Ta was very responsive and gave clear instructions. We loved the location as it is walkable to Maya Mall, One Nimman, and so much more! It is a place that was certainly worth the price and one that we thoroughly enjoyed! Would recommend!
