Holiday rentals with a patio in Chang Phueak

The apartment was exactly as advertised, extremely clean and very close and walkable to old city! There were many restaurants and cafe at walking distance and lots to do!! Would recommend for a longer term stay as well!

Great communication, flexible while helping and a really nice apartment. Quite silent and everything nearby by feet.

The sky pool alone is worth the stay here, the beautifully decorated apartment and balcony view is just a bonus!

房子靠近宁曼路，周边吃喝玩乐都比较全，步行5分钟可以到MAYA。地下车库也方便停车。房东中国人，很Nice沟通无障碍，全程回复都比较及时。阳台很大直接能看到素贴山。入住也很方便，直接前台拿了钥匙就OK了。

Super logement, Très bien situé, piscine en roof top incroyable, Lucia Chu est réactive pour répondre à vos questions. Par contre logement idéal pour 4 voyageurs et non 5. Absence d’un cinquième couchage et une seule clé pour tous. Mais je recommande tout de même

Alice est très gentille et disponible pour tous les renseignements, la communication a été parfaite tout au long du séjour. La situation est idéale près du quartier branché de Nimman, accessible à pied depuis le Condo.

객실이 대로변과 떨어져 있어 조용한 휴식이 가능합니다. 볼트는 호출 하면 5분이내에 무조건 오고 80바트 이내에서 시내 어디든 갈 수 있는 위치입니다. 그리고 그랩배달도 금방 잘 받을 수 있어요. 현관문 틈새를 추가로 봉인하여 해충이 없습니다. 엘리베이터와 기가막힌 옥상 수영장 사용에도 문제가 없었으며, 이 가격에서는 사실상 최고의 숙소라고 볼 수 있습니다.

This stay is amazing! It is exactly what we are looking for, private, peaceful, nice scenery, and amazing amenities! We arrived a little later than expected as we didn't expect the drive it would take. The stay was ready for us when we arrived. The place is pretty private with neighbours about 100m away from us. We really love the place as it has all the things we needed for our stay. If you are looking for a private place for your fam or love ones, peaceful, private and great ammenities! Look no further!

这是一个非常棒的房子，有一个漂亮整洁绿意盎然的院子，周围安静，早上只有鸟儿的鸣叫。房屋内干净整洁，跟图片一模一样，生活用品非常齐全，还有很多有趣的书，可惜没什么时间看。 非常感谢Jesper的热情介绍，他是一个非常棒的房东，友善热情，我们能感觉到他在非常认真的对待这个事情，也尽力想帮助旅行者。每次响应也很及时。 房子周围有咖啡馆和餐厅，步行就可以到达，周围有非常多的景点，我们住了四天感觉安排不过来。 房屋的管家总是安安静静的做完所有的事情，感觉她毫无存在感却又完成了所有工作。 住在这里晚上的时候可以坐在楼顶的露台看星星，早上可以看到连绵的群山。如果下次来我还会住在这里，而且我会向朋友们推荐这里。

The place was just what we needed to end our trip in Chiang Mai. It was clean and looked like the pictures and was within a reasonable walking distance to places we wanted to go too.

私はこの立地を気に入っており、今回も快適に過ごせました。雨がほとんど毎日降ったこともありバスルームの排水溝の匂いはありました。それを消すためか至る所に芳香剤があり、香料の臭いがきつかったですが、ホストは返信が早くとてもスムーズでした。

We love visiting Chiang Mai and Ta’s place did not disappoint as a great option for housing. She’s done well to transform the space in such a unique way. Lots of beds (mattresses were a little hard for our liking but everyone is different on their preference). The space felt clean and inviting, and as a host, Ta was very responsive and gave clear instructions. We loved the location as it is walkable to Maya Mall, One Nimman, and so much more! It is a place that was certainly worth the price and one that we thoroughly enjoyed! Would recommend!

The apartment was even better than in the photos—super clean, well-equipped, and everything worked perfectly. The host was great, with quick and hassle-free communication. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend! 😊

숙소는 크고 좋습니다~ 개미가 조금 나온다는 점과.. 수영장이용할때는 직원 호출이 필요하다는 점, 헬스장은 추가 비용이 있다는 점 참고하세요~ 그외에 침대도 푹신하고 좋습니당
