Our house is right next door and across the street from our house is Seabreeze Park.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home. *No unauthorized parties. Evidence of an unauthorized gathering beyond guest limit (7) will result in immediate cancellation of remaining stay without refund of cancelled days. *No smoking inside of house. Any cigarette butts found on the property will result in a $200 fine PER cigarette. *Although we welcome pets (2 dogs max) we require a $125 pet fee per stay.
