Tout équipé (lave linge, lave vaisselle, micro ondes, etc...) 3 chambres (3 lits 90, 2 lits 140 ). Terrasse , jardin privatif sans vis à vis, barbecue, barques/pédalos, pêche, grande aire de jeux à l'abri, baby foot, ping pong, instruments (batterie, guitares, synthé, djembés) Horaires flexibles.

Nous proposons également l'option Love Room ( bougies , ballon à l'hélium , pétale de rose ) pour 50 euros supplémentaire.(incluant les frais de ménages de 50 euros). Vous disposerez d'un espace à l'extérieur.

Come and recharge your batteries in the countryside in this old barn, which is comfortable and very well-equipped. Ideally located just 1 km from the great forest of Orléans, 20 minutes from the banks of the Loire and the center of Orléans. The house is composed of a fully equipped kitchen that overlooks a living room. There is a bathroom with shower and washing machine, separate toilet and a very spacious bedroom. You can also enjoy the terrace for dining. Parking provided for one car.

You will find a sauna, a canoe and a municipal swimming pool. The track "Loire by bike" is at 200m. The Chambord Castle is at 20 minutes and the one of Blois is at 40 minutes. It will takes one hour to go to the Beauval zoo. The garden is fully enclosed and landscaped. New 2023 : the bedrooms are equiped with air conditionning.
