It has a 140/190 double bed upstairs accessible by a staircase with a separate bathroom. Its 140/190 sofa bed can accommodate an extra adult or 2 children. The accommodation is 35 m2, brand new within an industrial building built in the 1950s, 12 km from Puy du Fou in La Flocellière. The studio is in our house with independent access and a common corridor. It's a quiet and peaceful place in the Vendée countryside.
