Apartment holiday rentals in Chao Phraya River

I had a great time in this flat. I would recommend this place absolutely. River view is much more calm and quiet than the other side. Great view over the river on the 38th. Amazing balcony with high chairs. Would book again

Host was very responsive to questions, before the trip and during the trip. The accommodation was nothing but exceptional. I left a pair of shorts in the apartment, which the host found after I had left. Host still made effort to contact me and i was able to receive the shorts back. Thank you so much for the stay.

The flat looks exactly like the photos—perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. It’s located on a higher floor of an older building close to Chinatown, which initially made me feel a bit uneasy, but that changed the moment I stepped inside. The stunning river view immediately took my breath away. Just two floors below, there’s a shared patio where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets across the river. The view was so pleasant that I ended up staying in bed all day during a thunderstorm just to watch it. Lily is very responsive and helpful. She also has a two-bedroom apartment next door with a spacious living room and panoramic views—ideal for families or small groups. I’d love to come back again next time!

짧은 기간 방콕을 여행하게 되었습니다. 에까마이역(BTS)에서 5분거리의 콘도로 위치, 가격, 시설 등 만족도가 높았습니다. 무엇보다 집주인과 소통(문의/답변)이 워낙 빨라서 불편함 없이 지낼 수 있었습니다. 특히 32층 수영장(인피니티풀)은 낮에도 밤에도 뷰가 정말 좋았습니다. 다시 방문한다면 또 이 숙소 예약을 할 것 같아요.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt – alles war super! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr kinderfreundlich, was uns besonders wichtig war. Die Lage ist wirklich top – zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Such good condominium we booked, it is the best one amomg the total four condominiums we booked for this Thailand journey. We are very satisfy and enjoy living here. Also we appreciate the kindly service from the room owner and his butler, one nice lady.

Nice view and close to the BTS, pier, many of the major attractions in Bangkok.

the host was very nice and helpful. they were always fast to respons, if we had any questions. on our about 1.5 week stay they had our airbnb cleaned and brouchg fresh towels. we thought that was a great addition. all in all it was great experience and i would book again with them.

I loved my stay at JJ’s place. At check-in, I had someone meet me in the building. Instructions on how to get there and check- in process, and accommodation information was promptly sent to me 2 days prior. The apartment was clean and spacious. Loved the view from the bedroom! I was provided with snacks and water which was a lovely touch. Building was quiet at night which was essential for me. The location was ideal. Just a couple of minutes walk away from Ekkamai Shopping Centre where there’s also a supermarket for your basics, some coffee places and restaurants for you to choose from, and has a direct link to the sky train so getting to anywhere is super easy. Thank you for your hospitality JJ!

Tom was a great host. The unit was just as described. They provided extra towels and a change of bed linens in the room. Very clean. The clothes washing machine was also a great advantage. I would stay with Tom again.

Great 1 bed/studio in the heart of Bangkok’s liveliest neighborhood. Walkable to the best clubs, rooftops, bars, and shops. High enough that you will not hear any street noise. Very clean, great lighting, everything works! Would definitely stay there again when in Bangkok!

Nice condo in soi 33 sukhumvit. Would return anytime.

As good as always. I hope owner will build same type condominiums in Bangkok. Here is a hidden retreat in Bangkok. This room’s weak point. No washing machine in the room. No balcony for drying clothes. (You can use free washing machine on the first floor.)

I had a wonderful stay in Bangkok and this beautiful apartment was a huge part of that! The space was clean, spacious, and comfortable, perfect for a solo traveler. Stunning building with fantastic amenities and staff. Perfect location--both train lines within a short walk, but also a lively and cool neighborhood full of fun restaurants and malls in case you want to stay closer to home. Very attentive and friendly host who was immediately responsive to any of my questions and made me feel welcome. I hope to return to BKK soon and would stay here again!

위치도 아속역에서 가까워서 너무 좋았고 집도 청결해서 벌레 한마리도 못봤어요 수영장도 깨끗해서 좋았고 침대도 넓어서 꿀잠 잤어요 추천합니다!

Khun Pu was an amazing host. Very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend her. The location was perfect just a min from the BTS and also a near by market. Will stay here again in the near future.

Condo is very conveniently located near Thonglor BTS, 7-Eleven, and the surrounding nightlife spots. It is clean and has a nice balcony to watch the sunrise and sunset. Hot water in shower is steady, snug bedsheets, spacious wardrobe with hangers, comes with an iron to solve your luggage clothes creases. Wifi is good, loved using Netflix/Youtube on the Smart TV. Highly recommend and will definitely return :)
