Holiday rentals with a sauna in Chao Phraya River

Perfect for our stay in Bangkok! Super clean, modern, and well-maintained. Location-wise, it's great! Walking distance to the SkyTrain and right next to the big park. There is a shuttle service to the main road. Dennis and Trisita were easy to reach out to and very accomodating, even welcomed us personally at check-in. We made a mix-up with the key (totally our fault!), and they were understanding to the issue. 100% recommended!

This condominium is conveniently located near Thonglor BTS station (less than 5-min. walking). I used the BTS Skytrain to get to the Asok, Phrom Phong, and Ekamai areas. Those well-known restaurants, bars, and clubs are nearby as well. The host, Y, was responsive, friendly, and very accommodating. I would stay this place again.

amazing, however please be aware of laws in the kingdom concerning air b n bs so that youre not blindsided...Gocce was very informative and was up front and knowledgeable about laws concerning condo rentals.. her place is amazing...phenomenal views

Were privileged to rent this condominium, complete furnishings, good bed, full bathroom with (rain)shower, and bath......and beautiful view of the chaopraya! And then the pool on the 6th floor, really beautiful! There was also a complete gym,.....but did not use it. Free boat service to the other side included. Nath is a superhost!, always responded immediately to questions and immediately thought along in solutions and arranged it! We have been to Bangkok several times, but this time it was completely top! With this I also want to mention the staff, such as the ladies of the cleaning, security for their work, kindness and service orientation, nothing was too much for them!! We had a great time and really can't think of what could be better,.....again Mr. Nath, thank you so much for the hospitality!!

Hosts were meticulous in their enquiries before allowing us to be accepted to stay. They were very prompt in their replies and will work within their means to ensure the stay was memorable. Location was right within walking distance to both BTS & MRT lines. The home is a good balance of near yet peaceful from the raucous nightlife.

Had a great stay here! The unit was large and bright and the location is amazing, steps to the BTS. Very communicative hosts as well. The circle shaped bed was a little strange but I guess it let them put both a king sized bed & desk in the bedroom so I understand. Lots of equipment in the kitchen and a grocery store right around the corner. Highly recommend!

I had a great stay here with a helpful host that gave quick replies. The location is about 7 minutes walk to trains and metro and close to resturants. I could stay here again in the future and I can recommend it to other single or couple travellers.

Fantastic place to stay in the perfect location. It's useful in very bad weather because you can easily access the MRT and BTS via the Interchange building opposite which is super useful. 7/11 is next door so very convenient. The host is fantastic, always quick to respond and even helped us with our TM30 forms very last minute (we were already at immigration and he had it done within the hour!). He was also able to arrange a cleaner for us regularly who always did a great job. Wifi is also super fast and solid for meetings and we had no issues throughout our stay of 2 months. Highly recommended due to the great location and responsive host.

Mihael was an awesome host. He arranged a car to pick me up, and helped me handling the luggage. He had very good and smooth communication. The room was clean and neat. It also close to BTS. Very good stay, recommend anyone who wants to have a ‘home’ in BKK

I Had a wonderful time. I felt so secure and at peace since I was not in a high rise apartment. The gym and the pool were just outside the condo which was very convenient. The facilities were all well equipped enjoyed the Sauna and the steam room too. Always available, very few people using it so no waiting, same with the pool. The room, kitchen and toilet all very clean and convenient for one or two person the size is comfortable. The bed is also quite big. I had a great time. The host was also always so helpful with tips/ recommendations and suggestions for me. Good and pleasant walk to MRT. 2 number of 7-11 just outside the condo which made life so much easier. Over all a wonderful place to stay, I wished I stayed longer.

We had a wonderful time in Bangkok. After our vacation in Koh Samui we stayed in Bangkok for 3 days. The accommodation was close to the metro station (BTS), so we could easily go to all places. The apartment is on the 25th floor, so it is rather quiet and we had a wonderful view of the city of Bangkok. There is a supermarket near the apartment and many places to eat. We enjoyed our stay in Bangkok and would highly recommend this host.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks in May 2025, the apartment had everything we needed and was in a popular area, it’s about a 10 min walk to Sukhumvit Rd. Which suited us well. I used the gym quite a few times which was good. All instructions were very clear and it was extremely well organised. The only thing which we found slightly difficult was that we only had 1 key and security pass which are connected together and as there was 2 of us and quite often went out separately we had to co ordinate our times to make sure we could get back into the apartment. 2 keys and security passes would be a big help. All good though. Thank you A+++

I recently stayed at this apartment and had an amazing experience! The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and 7/11. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay—comfortable beds and a fully functional kitchen. For future stays, it would be great to have a kettle in the kitchen for making tea or coffee, and a small foot towel in the bathroom would be a thoughtful addition. This onsen in this house is an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. The house was clean, calming, and beautifully set up. The location is perfect, just a short walk to cafes and shops and BTS, yet quiet and peaceful. The host was super kind family, making our stay even more enjoyable, very responsive and always helpful in anything you want to do in this city. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique and serene stay in Bangkok.

Always the best place to stay…. Stayed there about 1 year, very very kind hearted host. Always responded for anything we needed. The house is so peaceful surrounded with nature, and what more we can say, they were like a family when we had a medical emergency, helped us around, and been very flexible, hard to find people like them nowadays.…. And again came back to the same place, will come and stay again in the future! Note: There is a review by a person named Loris, I’m sure it’s must be a big miscommunication with the host….impossible they behave that way….felt want to express my opinion after i had read the review!
