House was meticulously kept, host was communicative & friendly & the location was ideal

Awesome place. It was a perfect place to stay during my daughters graduation. Great location and close to Duke’s campus and downtown Durham, but peaceful & wonderful neighborhood at Trinity Park

This was our second stay at Allen’s place, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. Allen is a thoughtful and responsive host, which made everything easy from start to finish. For us, the location is perfect. It is close to the airport and shopping centers, yet still nice and quiet. The space was clean, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. We are so glad we found this spot and hope to stay here again in the future.

Quiet. Looked like they might have been in the process of upgrading some things in the upstairs bathrooms, but it served our needs without any issues.

I’ve stayed here several times and it’s always a great experience. The place is super clean. The kitchen is well stocked, making it easy to cook meals, and the location is perfect—close to major highways and in a safe area, so I felt comfortable taking walks around the neighborhood. Susan and Rob are amazing hosts—they’re always quick to respond if I have any questions, and they make sure you have everything you need for a smooth stay. One of my favorite places to stay. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at this Brinnan's place and had an absolutely amazing experience. The place is great, with a perfect location and a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The amenities are top-notch, and the property is even more beautiful than it looks in the pictures. The atmosphere was fantastic, and everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed their stay. We felt so comfortable and pampered in this luxurious setting. The owner was super responsive and always ready to help with any questions or needs. This is hands down the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at, and I highly recommend it to others!

Very comfortable, very clean & spacious townhouse. Highly recommend.

There wasn't a single thing Amy didn't think of in regard to stocking the townhouse. It was just the right size and the bathrobes and slippers were a nice touch. We took long walks around the townhouse and adjoining neighborhood community and always felt safe. It was quiet at all times. We were hoping the pool would be open. Looked very nice and clean and close to townhouse but it was just a couple weeks too early. She gave us nice recommendations to eat. We ended up going downtown to the tobacco district which was very nice. The Durham Bulls stadium was right there as well. I am pretty new to airbnbs so was grateful for the communication with Amy and how well stocked the unit was. Very well appointed for our needs. Would stay again

This place is terrific, its a new construction and all amenities are great. Kitchen , living room and rooms are very specious and clean. All the rooms have a TV, and the laundry room is extremely practical. The first floor its a very spacious room for a good workout and to meditate. Overall this place is great! One more thing ohave to mentioned, great communication with the property owner, easy check in and out. Overall a great Stayed!

This is a great location when two families are joining together because there is shared living space on the middle floor and private space top floor and ground floor. It worked well for smaller children as there is not a lot of clutter around to break and it feels roomy but if they’re really small there are two staircases to consider. Hosts were super-responsive and it felt like a great residential area. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful townhome everything looked exactly like the pictures. Great location, very close to different restaurants and a Walmart very close by. Our host did check in with us to see how our stay was and very responsive honestly a great place to stay. You will not be disappointed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was my first time using Airbnb, prior I had used Vrbo. Tyler was very welcoming and responsive to anything that I needed or any questions that I had. The home is as described in the photos and the area is safe and secure. My family and I stayed 17 nights, and it felt like we were leaving home once we finally left Tyler’s place as we had gotten used to the area and his home. I loved the master shower, it made for great relaxing and the bathroom had plenty of space. There are also two additional bathrooms in the home and they were nice and clean. The master bed was super comfortable and my children enjoyed the other available rooms. We also enjoyed the desks in the second and third bedrooms as it accommodated space for my children’s laptops and their ability to complete homework. Overall I am happy with the decision to choose Tyler’s home, and I would definitely book again. Enjoy!

Alexis's townhome is located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood and only a short drive to stores, restaurants and Shelley Lake with its beautiful walking trail. The home is spacious and comfortable with all the amenities needed to make you feel at home. Alexis is a kind and excellent host. She responds quickly. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to Raleigh.

Moustafa’s place was a perfect find for our trip to Cary. He was very responsive and accommodating for check in and check out. The house is in great condition and very nice and clean. Would highly recommend Moustafa’s place

Samantha’s place was great! Very easy to find and having the parking spaces really made things convenient. Samantha was great at communication and very responsive. Good location with a lot of things within close driving distance. The beds were comfy and the living area was nice too. The outdoor patio is a great addition as well. Would definitely stay here again if we’re in the Raleigh area!
