We can provide secure storage for bicycles and it is an ideal location for both families and ramblers. Don't forget to look out for our Lincoln Red Cattle. The recently renovated cottage is perfectly situated to offer easy access to the town centre, off street parking close by and a plentiful selection of good pubs & restaurants. The location is also ideal for exploring the superb walking and cycling trails the Lincolnshire Wolds has to offer.

If your looking for a quiet break in a quaint cottage with rolling fields around you this cottage is a home from home, the cottage is in the heart of Binbrook Village with the Viking way on the doorstep. For sporty guests there's Market Rasen Racecourse which is a few miles away as well as Cadwell park. And if your a beach lover we are central to Cleethorpes and Skegness with all the attractions. The cottage can sleep 4 guests as there is a pull out guest bed available.

Mollie’s Cottage is a single-storey barn conversion located just a 10-minute walk from the sandy beach at Chapel Point. There is an enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing in after a busy days’ adventure. It makes a great base for a family holiday at the east coast. Outdoor pursuits nearby include good walks and cycle routes. Some areas of the beach are dog friendly. Beach ¾ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
