Wow!!! A truly amazingly spacious house. Just spent 4 nights there celebrating my 60th with the family. Simon and Mandy met my husband as he arrived to go through everything. The house is fully equipped with everything you would need. Literally home from home. There was 6 adults, 2 toddlers and a dog and with so much room we could spread out. The children loved being able to run around and of course the pool!! The men thoroughly enjoyed the games room every evening especiallythe pinball machine. Us ladies chilled in the lounge room with a wine. We asked if one of the double single rooms could be made into a superking and the hosts were only to happy to oblige. The house was exactly as described, in fact better! Located in a rural quiet area. Spotlessly clean too. Bath towels supplied were so soft. The hosts kept in touch and answered all my messages promptly. Can't think of anything to fault as so perfect. Would definitely recommend a stay at Hill Crest House.

We had a wonderful stay at Fring Estate - the Market Square House, garden, pool and surrounding walks are beautiful. We were welcomed with the most delicious homemade brownies and Victoria and the team could not have been more accommodating - it was the perfect place to catch up with friends who live all over the UK - the bbq was on all weekend because we finally had some sun! We wouldn’t change a thing and can’t wait to bring the children and dog back next year. Thank you, this really is a hidden gem and we’re so pleased we’ve discovered it!

The cottage was exactly as described; modern, warm, comfortable bed and lounge, every amenity that could be required, and tastefully decorated. Secure courtyard and surrounding fields ideal for my dog. Great host. Highly recommended.

Great accommodation and facilities! Was clean and had everything we needed. Decorated for a birthday and looked fab! Was worth getting the passes but make sure to book plenty in advance and make the most of them!

What can I say about The Firs? The word luxury doesn't do it justice, as soon as we walked through the door we were in ore of the building and it's surroundings. The amenities were fantastic, our personal favourites being the balcony with sun lounges, hot tub and pool table! The house is also decorated with a stylish, luxurious The decor. The kitchen is a stand out feature The owners were reliable, had brilliant communication and even gave us a recommendation to a beautiful restaurant called Quayside Hotel! They couldn't do enough. The on site groundsman was also super friendly and even borrows us his tandem bike! We will be back next year!

Beautiful house, beautiful surroundings. Absolutely fantastic addition with a pool, the weather was against us on our visit, but we’d love to revisit.

From booking - checkout Michelle & Steve were the most amazing hosts. Incredible communication, flexible with check in & check out & very personable. As for the property, it’s gorgeous. We were a family of 5 adults and the house suited us perfectly. It’s finished to the highest possible standard with everything you could ever need (and more!). The personal touches gave the properly a very luxurious feel. Thanks so much! Should we return to Spalding in the future, we’ll be sure to be back x

Me and my family had a wonderful few nights in Skegness, the house was fabulous, was a 20 min walk from the main front with a pub that serves food, an aldi, M&S all halfway which are great if you need to stop off. House was exactly how described, but somehow still even better in real life. Host was very responsive, helpful and friendly. Lovely personal touches, some cookies and milk in the fridge left for us went down a treat. Everything we could have needed, and more. Kitchen well stocked with lots of cutlery, mugs, glasses, plates etc. along with spices, salt, pepper, tea, coffee and sugar and a great espresso machine with ground coffee also supplied. Shampoo, body wash, hand wash, plenty of toilet roll. Linen all clean and fresh and the place in general was spotless. Would stay again in a heartbeat. 100% recommend.

David was exceptionally good at responding to questions re the house. The house was lovely and in a great area with dog walks nearby. We had a lovely time and the kitchen was well stocked. Beds comfortable and pillows seemed great quality which was a nice touch. Great location and we had a fab stay.

Really relaxing stay, nice and quiet and spotless property. Easy to walk to the local shops/pubs and not far to the beach. Would highly recommend staying here!

We stayed for 3 nights family of 10 for my mum and dads 60th Wedding anniversary, Magda arranged flowers, Balloons, Champagne and some lovely biscuits. The house was immaculate and everything you could ask for. When it rained we could all sit under the Gazebo or in the hot tub and the children played air hockey, pool and table football not forgetting Connect 4, my favourite 🤩 . The hot tub was checked everyday and the host brought some lovely treats each morning so nice, it’s a 5 minute walk to the centre and a short ride to Fantasy Island. It’s in a quiet location no noise at all. Everyone question I asked was answered in minutes. Fantastic house, excellent Hosts we will certainly be back I would recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful house with so much to do you don’t have to go out and every takeaway on just eats or a short walk to many places to eat. None of us wanted to leave

We stayed at southview caravan park in a lodge which was fantastic. Instructions and attentiveness from the staff were great. There were no problems or issues to ask for help about. Full bedding and utilities was incredibly helpful as was decent WiFi. Lodges/caravans often suffer from being cold, but not here as the heating and AC unit were excellent. The park itself had a lot going on and was only 10 mins from beach. Make sure you confirm which park activities are going on as some don’t run out of season. Overall, This was a very pleasant stay and can’t fault travelnest.

Highly recommend this beautiful chalet for a visit to the Fitties in Humberston. This is our 3rd visit to the Fitties, which is already a very special place, but WOW, this chalet is really something special. The open kitchen/living space is absolutely flooded with light and the views onto the dunes are just amazing. We visited in late May and shallows were zooming around all evening. The listing was just as described with all you could need for self-catering. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linens and bedding all of the finest quality. we did struggle with WIFI and reception- however this seems a problem across the Fitties anx we actually enjoyed the disconnect and embraced it. if you're going to work you may struggle but to relax and unwind it was perfect. 2 nights just not long enough. Hosts always kind and responsive. We hope to return! Thank you.

Beautiful home, the pictures don’t do the garden justice. Plenty of lovely beaches. The hosts are lovely and very helpful.

A great short getaway at Glen’s place who was a lovely host and took time out to meet us and show us around. Felt very comfortable. A lovely, quiet and safe location with a lake. Plenty of ducks wondering and roaming around. Overall Glen’s lodge was clean and tidy, we were also left with a few goodies along with eggs and milk. Would definitely recommend for couples and a small family of 4!

We had a wonderful stay at Benjamin’s Airbnb! The house is beautiful, recently renovated with modern amenities, and immaculately clean and tidy. The surrounding area felt very safe and peaceful, yet it’s conveniently close to main roads, making it easy to get around. Benjamin was a fantastic host – very friendly, with clear and helpful instructions throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay!

Elegantly furnished town house well placed for local amenities. It was just right for our short stay. Excellent walking nearby including the Viking Way.

Daisy's is located brilliantly, easy to find, walking distance to amenities and Snettisham is a beautiful village. Both the cottage and the village had everything you needed. The cottage was clean, the beds were great, the shower was great and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The welcome goodies were a lovely touch as well. Fallon was hands off, but responded to queries quickly. We were allowed a late check out, which made our weekend even more special. Thank you

We had a lovely stay at Sarah’s cottage. It was a home from home . It’s spotlessly clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need . The bed was extremely comfortable too! There is a useful guide for the cottage and recommendations of places to visit and places to eat . We loved our stay in Sedgeford

Fabulous property, very clean and modern. Hosts are very thoughtful with their welcome pack of all the necessary items I.e milk , tea, coffee, soft drinks, cereals, snacks etc. all much appreciated .

Stayed here to celebrate my Husbands pending 60th. Six adults and dogs. Well this house has the wow factor all over it, thoughtfully built beautiful extension and very mod cons and plenty of space for a large gathering. It did take us some time to get used to the key fob for the front door but I suspect that was more us! We had lovely beach walks and then enjoyed the garden and bbq area. We all had a great time! Thank you so much!

We had a fabulous holiday, Olive house deserves 6* rather than 5* rating. Beautifully presented property with a lovely garden and walking distance to the beach. Nicola provides everything to ensure you have a great stay and suggested some good restaurants. We had a wonderful lunch at Socius in Burnham market which is a nice little town to explore. Highly recommended.
