It has 1 king size bed, a closet, full size bathroom, and a kitchenet with sink, 2-burner stove, a fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker. It also has a Smart TV and WiFi. There can be NO SMOKING. Formerly owned by artist Kiki Newmann, the cottage has been known as the “Healing House” for decades. It’s the perfect place to unwind, celebrate, and create cherished memories.

Almita House Downtown Cat Spring

Historic Sears Catalog House fully restored in downtown Cat Spring. Originally delivered as a kit house, delivered by train to Cat Spring and built in 1926, the Almita house was fully restored in 2019. It has real hardwood floors and shiplap walls along with original wood windows along with the features of a modern kitchen with electric range and bathroom with tile floor.
