Great apartment and very convenient walking distance to all amenities. Christele is very sweet. The parking is a bit expensive (approx 20eur/day) but the location is convenient. There is no air conditioning so as the weather heats up in the summer it might be uncomfortable to sleep. It was on the edge last week. Opening the windows is loud and welcome mosquitos. Everything else is good.

This was a great apartment in a very convenient location. It was well stocked with all the basics and more. We had a couple of small issues: one of the toilets wasn’t working and we were missing a key. Neither was a big problem for us and we were assured they would be sorted for the next guests. Jessica and Jimmy were helpful, friendly and it was easy to communicate with them. We’d happily stay here again.

Wonderful stay with my partner! The accommodation is as expected, very clean and in a good location. The sea view is simply splendid. Majid is very responsive and attentive, at the best! We would highly recommend it.

We had a great weekend in Montalivet. The accommodation is very well located: close to the market and the attractive main street! A little noise in the evening because the city is very lively. We didn't mind at all. The balcony is a real plus☀️

Very good stay, apartment extremely well located, parking nearby (€20) for the two days, the beach on one side, walk on the port, restaurant and shops in abundance, in short a weekend to do again. We spent a very enjoyable week in Valerie's apartment. She and her husband welcomed us at the door even though our flight was delayed. A gift of brioche , orange juice and a locally produced aperitif was a nice touch. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything one could possibly need. it was really quiet in spite of being on the Quai which is a hive of activity. She replied to any communication within minutes. Highly recommended.

A big thank you to France and her husband. We had a pleasant, quiet weekend on this island of Oleron, which is still beautiful. The proximity, on foot, of La Cotinière and its beach, allowed us to leave our vehicle to fully enjoy this accommodation and its environment. Congratulations on this charming apartment, well decorated, well thought out, and well arranged for the relaxing time we were looking for. In a nutshell ;-) I recommend it.

Excellent quiet accommodation and in accordance with the description, very clean and very bright. Attentive host. Parking on site is a plus, the absence of a washing machine is the only problem... We had a great stay in this quiet neighborhood of Royan, equidistant from the city and the beach.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with the family in Les Pargaux. The space is designed to instantly feel at home: functional kitchen, neat decoration and impeccable cleanliness. The garden is a haven of peace. The pool and hot tub perfect for relaxing. Nearby court 🎾 is 👌 The location is simply ideal, between the vineyards and the ocean, perfect for beautiful bike rides or to enjoy the beautiful beaches of the Medoc. The presence of Naïa, the sweet dog, brought a nice touch of warmth to our stay, especially for our son who loved her! Our hosts were extremely thoughtful and discreet. Their welcome, punctuated by delicate attention from the moment we arrive, shows a true passion for the place and the well-being of guests. In summary: an unforgettable and refreshing stay.
