Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. This cottage has its own terrace with plancha. A room shared with the two other future cottages has 1 washing machine and 1 dryer as well as all the necessary equipment for the boat. Easy to park on the street.

In the village of Arçais, a small city of character, our traditional farmhouse welcomes you for a break of relaxation and nature in a peaceful and green setting. At your disposal on our leisure grounds, you have free access to a boat and a canoe. You can then navigate the multiple canals from Arçais. Our cottage consists of an entrance with a seating area, an equipped kitchen, a mezzanine and a separate bedroom, as well as a terrace.
