We had a lovely stay at Pascal's very well-equipped accommodation and with access to the central pool, sauna and Hammam. It is also very well located a few minutes walk from the port. We really appreciated Pascal's messages to provide us with all the useful information as well as the very friendly welcome from Jacky and his wife.

The electric bikes are great for traveling around the local sights. The house is in a central location with easy connections to trains or buses.

Julien is an exceptionally welcoming host. Her accommodation is atypical and original. Equipped with a sauna and a jacuzzi, it was a really relaxing moment more than welcome on our trip. Keep in mind the low ceiling height of the sleeping area. This can be a problem for people with back pain, for example. It didn't bother us and it was noted in the listing. I gladly recommend Julien's accommodation!

Very functional apartment with a large storage closet at the entrance, very convenient with children. No noise as there is no one above or below. The amenities of Pierre et Vacances are a real plus: swimming pool and hammam (sauna broken but not disturbing), ping pong tables, places to park bikes, ready games at the reception (in addition to those of the apartment), bike rental... The location in Saint Martin is perfect! We'll be back!!!

We rented this beautiful family home for a beautiful family reunion weekend. The bedding is very comfortable, the house is spacious, warm, authentic offering many ping pong, basketball, sauna, blanket pool, a big plus for pool safety, reading, board games... Hi, It's always a real pleasure to come and stay here! The listing is as described and photographed. The location is pleasant in its tropical landscape. The swimming pool and the steam room delight everyone. However, we were disturbed by the dog poop that had not been picked up by the previous tenants. If you have a dog, please respect the vacationers... It's a matter of civility and I don't think it's up to the owners to pick that up... The lawn of the front and back garden was unfortunately overgrown during our stay, we could not enjoy the garden behind the house. But we'll be happy to come back and stay here!

Central location for visiting the island, quiet in a residence. Lots of equipment in the accommodation for cooking and for baby. Small but very functional space. Very good welcome for the concierge. Perfect stay!

We spent a (too) short stay with our host but these few nights were very peaceful, the setting beautiful and we were welcomed as if we were at home! I recommend it 100% for lovers of nature, terroir, beautiful discoveries and French gastronomy.
