Notre duplex de style moderne vient d'être entièrement rénové et est totalement équipé. Situé en centre-ville, il reste un endroit relativement calme à l'arrière du bâtiment (magasin "créaflors"- cour arrière). Notre logement de 70m² s'organise sur 2 niveaux avec tout l'équipement nécessaire : salon, salle à manger, cuisine totalement équipée, grande chambre avec coin lecture, salle de bain avec baignoire et douche. Il est idéalement situé au centre de Couvin avec parking gratuit à côté.

À 5 minutes à pied du centre de Nivelles et aux portes du parc de la Dodaine, (restaurants, piscine, tennis, padel), le Gîte de la Dodaine vous accueille dans un cadre cosy et confortable. L' appartement dispose de deux chambres avec lit king size modulable et salle de bain attenante, d'un salon lumineux, d'une cuisine équipée, d'une buanderie et même d'une salle de sport. Local vélo avec prise électrique, parking privé pouvant accueillir une camionnette (idéal pour séjour pro).

The gite le Pact will open its doors for the first time in February 2022. Our family house has been 100% renovated to make it a gite that will allow you to spend unique moments with family or friends. The gite is located in a very quiet residential area.

Want to enjoy the calm of a small village in the countryside? Come and enjoy a charming modern house to rest and work. This house is occupied when it is not available. Therefore, you have all the comfort and equipment necessary to enjoy a great stay. Of course, my belongings are there. Close to France, Ragnies, Charleroi or Mons. 1 hour from Brussels. Since September 2023, a new sofa has served as a second bed.
