Cet appartement tout confort comprend deux chambres avec pour chacune une sdb et des toilettes, un salon, une cuisine équipée, une buanderie et une salle de sport. Un local vélo avec prise électrique et deux places de parking sont mises à la disposition des voyageurs. Possibilité de parking sécurisé pour moto.

Situé en centre-ville, il reste un endroit relativement calme à l'arrière du bâtiment (magasin "créaflors"- cour arrière). Notre logement de 70m² s'organise sur 2 niveaux avec tout l'équipement nécessaire : salon, salle à manger, cuisine totalement équipée, grande chambre avec coin lecture, salle de bain avec baignoire et douche. Il est idéalement situé au centre de Couvin avec parking gratuit à côté.

In a farmhouse, a 30 m2 single-story cottage has recently been renovated for 2 people or (1 couple with 1 child), fully equipped for your comfort with 1 equipped kitchen with oven, gas, microwave, TV with (Netflix), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (180), 1 sofa bed, sheets included, 1 large bathroom accessible for the disabled with walk-in shower and toilet. Outside you can take full advantage of the small enclosed garden, parking, free for children under 3 years old, 1 dog is accepted.

The gite le Pact will open its doors for the first time in February 2022. Our family house has been 100% renovated to make it a gite that will allow you to spend unique moments with family or friends. The gite is located in a very quiet residential area.

Since September 2023, a new sofa has served as a second bed.
