Beach house holiday rentals in Charleston

Dustin was so responsive and quick to answer any question. We had a really good time. The beach was so close and maybe a 5 minute walk. Dustin had towels for the beach in each closet, there were beach chairs, a wagon that we could have used but didn’t need. We will absolutely stay again.

This was our second stay at Maryellen’s place and it proved to be another great week. The home has all that you need to enjoy folly to the max. We hope to be back again soon.

Great location. Exactly like pics. Easy walk to beach. Loved the screened in deck and back deck. Spacious dining area and living area.

First time on the coast of SC & we absolutely love Folly Beach! Emily had great recommendations & was super helpful. The house was cozy & was super close to the beach! The house had almost everything we needed including beach equipment. The beach itself was peaceful & was a short drive to downtown Folly where delicious restaurant & shops were located. Would definitely stay at Emily’s again!

Beautiful cottage with all the Charleston vibes. The house is quaint and cozy but offered plenty of room for our entire party of 8. Getting to the beach is super convenient with the tree covered path being right across the street and it was just a couple minutes drive to all the shops and restaurants. Its close enough to walk, too if you don't mind a little longer walk. I ran downtown both morning for coffee! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing but fun trip!

We recently spent a weekend at Folly Beach and are so very happy that we happened upon Nicole’s lovely property for our stay—it exceeded expectations. Check-in was a breeze. Nicole was such a genuine and thoughtful host—top notch communication from time of booking our stay, to bidding farewell to the beautiful property (but with many incredible “beachfront memories” we will cherish & be reminiscing on for a long time to come). We truly loved our time here. Nicole has created such a comfortable “home away from home” with this place—and being steps from the beach... it was a blessed place to be. The property was fresh, clean and beautifully decorated. Also, from Kitchen to the bathroom—all rooms are thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed.. and more! Fully stocked, cozy and attended to with care. Location—unbeatable. With just a few short steps, we were hitting sand.. and most beautiful beachfront view one could ask for! Felt very safe enjoying each sunrise & sunset close by

This was our second time staying at this property. We love that it’s pet friendly and has a fenced in yard for the pups to play. The house is so cute and very clean! We love the location too. Beaches are not crowded.

This was our second time staying at this property. My kids love the pool, hot tub and games. We also love the big, comfy couch to watch family movies. There are family games in the sitting room. Really fun place. It's walkable to the beach but we love renting a golf cart since Folly can be tough with car parking in town. Washer and dryer are extremely helpful. Outdoor shower is great. I wish we'd been able to figure out the fridge temperature. Minor inconvenience. Very responsive, helpful, friendly hosts. We had a wonderful vacation!

Beautiful home with extremely comfortable and well-appointed furniture! Everything ever needed in kitchen and perfectly organized! Lots of space for everyone inside and out. Outdoor space has lots of seating and places to gather. A super home in a gorgeous location.

We had the best girls weekend at Calvin’s home! He was very responsive and flexible letting us drop our bags off at the house ahead of check in. It was a great house and location - so close to the beach but also was great to have the pool option! IOP was a blast and the house was a semi far, but feasible walk to restaurants/bars. The house was great with many rooms to spread out and use during our stay. The only note is that the kitchen wasn’t stocked with any cooking essentials (olive oil, s&p, butter, condiments). Would highly recommend - we may even be back!

It’s a beautiful, well appointed, clean and tastefully decorated home. The home is spacious with a great floor plan. We were 3 families. 6 adults and 5 children. The kids loved the pool. There were numerous pool toys to keep them entertained. The kitchen is a cook’s dream. Everything ( except a coffee grinder) was available. The long kitchen table easily accommodates 12. We enjoyed the porches. There are 3 but we did not use top balcony. ( that is where the fire pit is ) There are lots of steps, but the convenience of the elevator was wonderful. It was a great location as well. We had a lovely time.

This Airbnb was perfect for our family of 3. Listing was exactly as described. Pool on property was fantastic and where we spent most of our time. The short walk the to beach was super convenient with plenty of beach gear (chairs, toys for kids, etc) on the property to travel with. House itself was clean and spacious and Allison was responsive to our requests and questions before and during our stay.

This house was an absolute gem! An older home with all the character that makes you feel right at home and cozy. The artwork and accessories, the furniture, the Spanish tile in the hall, the gorgeous tile in the kitchen, the very comfy beds, and THE POOL! WOW…. We spent so much time in the gorgeous pool. It was very clean, we loved that it is saltwater, and it had the perfect amount of sun and shade, tanning ledge, chairs, etc. Just so fantastic and relaxing! This home provided a fantastic week for our family, and we would love to stay here again!

Enjoyed a wonderful few days! The backyard & neighborhood was perfect for traveling with our golden!. The house was lovely, well equipped & the beds were comfortable. Great proximity to downtown CHS & Sullivan’s Island. Brandon was super responsive with any questions that arose. We would definitely book again in the future!

We loved our stay at Kevin’s place. He was a very responsive and communicative host- he even sent us over a guide of places before our stay. The house was filled with everything we would need- beach chairs, cooler, towels, etc. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was beautiful. Located near a grocery store, restaurants, and the beach. Would recommend to anyone for a great stay in Island of Palms!

Helga’s place is a 5 star beautiful home! Everything is up to date, clean and comfortable. The house has a great layout and is so pretty. We absolutely loved staying at this home. It’s a very easy walk to the beach. There’s lots of amenities to keep kids busy and it’s a great location. We would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay, the unit was very clean and suited two couples well. Walkable to the nearby attractions although some things further south are pretty far and depending on your preferences you may want to drive in closer, we did a bit of both. Great food options nearby, don't miss Daniella's for breakfast , Porchetta for lunch and the little bar Fuel Cantina nearby for a late drink on the way home!

The space is beautiful. Immediately as we walked in and saw the beach view from the living/dining area we felt this stay was well worth the expense. Great location, amazing surroundings, and the condo is very well maintained, feels new.

We have vacationed in the Charleston area many times through the years. No doubt about it, this property will be one of our favorites and a home we will want to return to. The host was very helpful and promptly responded to our questions. The house is well appointed and thoughtful. It was an added bonus for us to be able to bring our dog, who enjoyed the trip as much as we did. The surrounding area is beautiful with elegant small town charm. The location is conveniently central to beaches and downtown Charleston. This is truly an Airbnb at its finest.

Nicely remodeled house close to the beach (<10 minute walk) and the Wild Dunes resort. Very clean, with a well stokced kitchen and a responsive host. The descripion and pictures were accurate. Our family of four had a very nice stay for six nights.
