Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Charlevoix County

We stayed at Sandy’s place for a nearby wedding, and it was beyond our expectation. Check in was a seamless process and incredibly easy. Not only is the house super spacious, it had beautiful views and a large yard. We brought our fur baby, and Sandy was so accommodating by providing leashes, bowls, toys and treats, which means a ton! We would definitely stay again. Thanks, Sandy!

What a welcoming little home in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed, including lots of recommendations for local things to do. We enjoyed walking to the Saturday morning farmer’s market and picked up some locally made soaps, pasta, and sweets! The house was very clean and beautifully decorated…a relaxing color palette with mid century modern touches throughout. We enjoyed morning coffee while watching the chipmunks and birds play outside. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay. We made a weekend trip to visit Mackinac Island, which was less than 20 minutes away. The place was in perfect order with lots of different games to play. You can tell they put lots of thought into renting their space because it feels just like home. They even left a bottle of wine, all the ingredients to make smores, and two bags of popcorn for us to use. Definitely a great host!

The cabin was cozy and had great views. Parking is a bit limited if you have more than one vehicle but we made it work. Robert was great at responding to all my questions. There was also plenty of staples like salt, pepper, toilet paper, paper towel etc. I would definitely rent this place again.

This place was VERY clean and spacious. We appreciated the welcome snacks, kitchen utensils/pots/pans, and having extra blankets for hanging out on the couch. This was as described on the listing. Our intention was to explore Mackinac Island. This home was about 30 minutes to the ferry for Mackinac Island. It was about 15 minutes to Petosky, where there are lots of restaurants, shopping, & beaches.

A delightful cottage on the Bluffs of Lake Michigan. You can hear the waves from the deck. The home was very clean and comfortable and perfect for our stay. We would highly recommend Lizzie’s home.

This house was beautiful and perfect distance from downtown that made it easy to walk everywhere. The house was perfect for a larger family to have the space to enjoy our company, but also have the privacy and larger family needs. Great place to stay!

This has been my favorite Air BNB to stay. Everything was exactly as portrayed in photos. Very clean, beds cozy, check-in/out smooth, & we were able to use the pool & jacuzzi!

The house was nice with many amenities. It was great that we could bring our French bulldog. Good location close to ski slopes. Communication with the hosts went well. We would stay again! Mark and Laurice

Check in was easy. Quick responses. Location was private and felt at home. My family and I enjoyed the outdoor sitting area and hot tub. Unfortunately the waterpark was closed. But everything else was great. Thank you.

Nice spot in Charlevoix! Walk downtown and to marina. Comfy bed and huge tub. Fire place is electric.

Our family absolutely loved staying at Clint's! The view was amazing! Everything was just perfect! Waking up to that view from the loft every morning was my favorite! 😍 There was plenty of room for 2 families to stay comfortably. Would love to stay again.

We had a great stay, the listing was just as described. Comfortable, clean and close to the pool/playground- perfect for our young kids. Perfect location for skiing. Crystal was very responsive and made sure we had a smooth check-in and had everything we needed. Will definitely visit again!

We had a great stay! The house was perfectly located and walkable to downtown. The house was clean, nicely stocked with all you need to Cook etc. They were very responsive as well. I love the ability to bring your pets and enjoy a well maintained home that was clean and very homey!

We loved our time at Lauren’s home. It was picturesque, both with the location along Lake Michigan and the fall colors. It was peaceful and secluded, and very relaxing to walk our dog along the lake multiple times per day. Despite its seclusion it was conveniently close to downtown Harbor Springs and one of our favorite places, Pond Hill Farm. Lauren was friendly and responsive, an excellent host. The home itself was beautiful and well equipped for a living space. We could not have asked for a better location, and we hope to be back again soon!

This was a last second tripped planned by myself and my partner, and the communication and accommodations provided made the process smooth and easy. We were looking for camping feels - simple, private, quiet, with some space for our 2 dogs - and got what we were looking for. With it being a last second plan, we couldn’t decide if we wanted to go north to Charlevoix or south to Traverse City. Luckily this location is perfectly in the middle with easy transportation between the 2, with Torch Lake, Elk Rapids, and many other scenic views in between.

We had a great family of 6 getaway to this peaceful cabin. It was a great space to spend time together playing games, watching movies, and walking down to the lake. So pretty! Also, Aaron provided instructions in advance of what we needed to know. It is perfectly situated near Charlevoix and Petoskey. Thank you for a nice space to have family time and allow our grand pup to join us!

Great location, especially for events/weddings at Castle Farms. Quiet location and plenty of parking. More than enough rooms for the wedding party. The lower bedrooms had glass doors so that the living, dining and kitchen wouldn’t disturb them. The upper bedrooms were great for groomsmen and bridesmaids. We had lots of snow but can imagine how nice it looks when things are green. The only hiccup was not reading all the details about checking in requirements. They used Happy Guest which required a sign up fee and $1000 deposit in order to get code for the door. We figured it out, had it downloaded, paid and got the door code while in their driveway. Overall a great trip and stay.

We loved the camping "feel" without the campground noise and chaos. It was a quiet getaway and close to good hiking trails and the lake towns.

Rustic, private and peaceful retreat. No outside distractions only nature. The half mile Loop was great for walking our dogs and we did it every day. We were halfway between Mackinaw City and Petoskey. Both were great to visit and walk the dogs. We found parks and trails all around to hike and enjoy.
