Townhouse holiday rentals in Charlevoix County

A group of us stayed at Colleen’s place for a wedding and it was perfect for what we needed. Walking distance to the venue and downtown area with lots of board games to keep us occupied when we were at the house.

Highly recommend. My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay. Host is very attentive and kind as well, thank you Priscilla!

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, well taken care of and had everything that we needed. The location couldn't be any better as it was only a short walk to the slope. Lorri was a great host and communicated well. The directions were helpful and she made sure it was easy to find the condo.

This place has all of the little touches that make a house a home.. the hosts have made it so livable! A soap caddy with soap and scrub brush at the sink, multiple dishwasher cubes and trash bags, plenty of paper towels, laundry detergent and shampoo, etc. We didn’t have to think about going to buy more basics bc they were already there. And BLANKETS! Multiple blankets… never see those in an AirBnb. The couch was in excellent condition and the beds were high quality. The host was very responsive and proactive to our needs. The location is 4 houses up from the Disciples Lift and you could see the lines right outside our door. It was an ideal spot for our crew of 7 kids and 6 adults. Highly recommend this house.

We loved the space. It is beautifully decorated and fit our needs perfectly. The area is great with lots and lots to do. The beach area was not crowded at all and the lake water was crystal clear! We loved our time there and world highly recommend for families who want all that Kim’s place has to offer!

So we did have a little hiccup upon arrival - but Lisa took care of it - very responsive. Even with that- still worth 5 stars. Such a great condo in a great location. Had everything you would need for cooking/relaxing/etc. We were there for a ski weekend- so close to Boyne mountain resort. Walking distance to Boyne city downtown which is small/quaint and lovely. We watched ski boating on the frozen lake from the condo. Definitely want to visit in the summer to enjoy the lake and summer activities. Highly recommend!

Property was easy to get into, well equiped and Venessa was very responsive if we had any questions. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay in Harbor Springs. Highly recommend for a nice getaway. Close to skiing. Very close to downtown. Very clean.

We were in town for a wedding, which was about a mile away. Perfect location! The property had everything we needed and we were very comfortable.

Beautiful home. Well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable sleeping arrangements. Seating on front porch and on back deck.

Excellent location to all shops and restaurants. Easy drive to Petosky. We didn’t use the rooftop deck due to thunderstorms.

We found the cabin extremely clean and convenient for our visit up north. Really enjoyed having the trail right outside the backyard and Crooked Lake across the street as a view. Found it to be a good location near both Harbor Springs and Petoskey, each less than 15 minutes away with shops and restaurants. I slept on the pull-out couch and it was quite comfy. My parents stayed in the bedroom with attached half bath. Found having 1 1/2 baths very convenient. Keurig and a traditional coffee machine were nice touch, plus plenty of K-cups provided (nice touch). Although the cabin is located on 31, it was very well insulated and cozy, we could not hear any road noise. We would stay here again.

Once checked in the response time was immediate. Daniel was amazing. When we asked questions, he looked into them and answered promptly. The house was supplied with more than I have ever been provided: tissue, toilet paper, paper towel, cleaning products, laundry soup, dish soap, shower supplies, coffee pods, etc. Great location.

The deckhouse was a great location, walkable to downtown and lots of shops. The bed was very comfortable and check in was nice and easy! Definitely recommend!

We had a few hiccups upon checkin but NoMi Vacation’s worked quickly to get us moved into a clean home. Was responsive and helpful even pretty late at night. I would recommend renting from NoMi Vacation’s and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again in the future.

Highly recommend Nic’s place for a trip to Charlevoix. We had family spread out all in Charlevoix and this is by far the best place! The views were incredible and walking distance to downtown but still felt private. The home is also very cozy and felt just like home.

Great beach and super clean place. Great northern Michigan vacation!
