Great location! Beach was steps away. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location, located right in between the Gulf and bay! The unit was nicely remodeled, had comfortable furniture and had a beachy vibe. Englewood was hit pretty hard by 2 hurricanes recently, so things are not back to normal, including the deeded beach access and bay access. We're also hosts in Englewood, so we're very understanding of that and it didn't stop us from enjoying the place!

Just as pictured. It is clean and new. Comfortable beds, wel appointed kitchen and bath. Beautiful beach, pool, and dock space. Loved the lanai and all the fans. We even took advantage of the beach gear. Many pet friendly places are disappointing, but this beautiful unit felt luxurious and our entire family was able to enjoy. We will stay again.

We had a great family vacation for 3 nights. We would have loved to stay longer but we only had a small window of time for a trip. The host was so informative on everything we needed for a successful stay. We comfortably fit 8 grown kids and adults. The location was nice. Less than a 5 min walk to the beach. We opted to rent a golf cart which was perfect for our local needs. The kitchen appliances were extremely modern and clean. We had every appliance or kitchen gadget needed for food prep. The bathrooms were clean too and water pressure was great for a nice shower after a trip to the beach or fishing from our boat. We brought our small boat and had access to a great dock five mins or less from the house. The kids (16-30) spent hours combing the beach for sharks teeth and sunbathing. We spent evenings watching the sunset and mornings on one of the porches (upstairs/downstairs) enjoying coffee from the keurig. We will definitely plan a return trip when we can find the time!

The place was very clean . The fresh flowers were beautiful oh and the crumb cake was delish . Heather was the best we will definitely be staying again . Until next time . Thank you

Absolutely stunning! This is a super clean, functional, newly renovated, waterfront property. We would have loved to extend our stay and enjoy the home even longer. The neighbors were friendly and the street was very quiet. We traveled with our dog and it was very accommodating. Thanks again for hosting us, we’ll be back.

We got to meet the friendly Host and her husband as they were walking out the door we were walking in they gave us several tips on the area.we walked into a cutely decorated spacious condo very well stocked and clean. The Host left us a welcome card and basket of goodies . we felt very at home right away. we also enjoyed the 2 bikes that came with the condo nice extra and nice pool and beach area. Also very centrally located to many things to do and restaurants. We definitely want to come back in the future. This place was excellent! I would definitely stay again. Within walking distance of the beach, the bars and the restaurants. We had a wonderful time. It is definitely a 10 out of 10. Summer was an excellent host and allowed me to check in an hour early in order to give me time to get to the airport to pick up my boyfriend. I highly recommend staying here. It is perfect for a couple.

Beautiful home in a very quiet area. Great relaxing place to take a week off from a hectic work schedule. It was everything the advertisement said. We loved staying here especially having the beach just a few feet away! Although there was construction taking place in the development, it did not interfere with our stay at all! We didn’t even notice the workers on site. If you get a chance to book this home, do it. April is an amazing host and has thought of every amenity possible! We look forward to booking again soon!

This was our second stay at this beautiful house, having stayed on side “A” during our first visit and side “B” this time. Our family of four stayed in one side, while our friends and their three children occupied the other side. The layout is just perfect for us. The pool is spacious, and although a compressor malfunctioned, it was promptly repaired the following day, ensuring the water stayed comfortably heated through the week. The house is ideally located right on the canal, which was a dream come true for our fishing-enthusiast boys. I brought my paddleboard and spent every day peacefully paddling down the canal and into the bay. We were also lucky enough to have access to one of our family’s boats, which we kept in the slip right by the house. It was so convenient to hop in and take the boat out to the beach or explore the bay. The host has thoughtfully stocked the house with everything you might need. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers, and plenty of kitchen items.

Jack and Angelia were great hosts! We had great communication, and they were always quick to respond to any questions. We felt right at home in their beautiful and inviting condo! Highly recommend!!

Rick and Marie’s place was a little piece of paradise. This was an Anniversary trip for us and it exceeded our expectations! The guest house was perfect for the two of us and was well equipped with everything we needed. The beach area was wonderful and was very close to the guest house. If your looking for rest and relaxing beach with quaint restaurants nearby in Englewood this is your place. I am already planning when I can return! 🏝️

Lisa & Chris’s condo on Little Gasparilla Island is such a peaceful vacation. The condo is spotless. The beach is a wonderful place for long uncrowded walks. Sights of Manatees in the surf, fossilized sharks teeth in the sand & fresh turtle nesting tracks heading into the dunes. Bring lots of groceries over on the ferry when you first arrive. Then, It’s an easy ferry ride to the mainland for groceries to replenish your stocks after 3-4 days. The owners are very responsive and go out of their way to make their guests feel welcomed.

Kim was an excellent hostess!! She always responded quickly and was very helpful and friendly. Please don’t hesitate to book this place. It is so peaceful and relaxing!!

We had a very nice stay. We would stay there again. I would recommend heating the pool at this time of year. We loved having access to the hot tub. The kitchen had great supplies.

Perfect for us. Exactly how we like to visit the beach. The house doesn't even look like a Hurricane happened even though they are many houses down the beach that are wrecked. The trees are a little ragged but that will take time. Interior was very comfortable and clean. Nice Job! We hope to stay again when returning to the Sarasota area.

Location was perfectly located to all that we needed on our trip. Being on the river makes for a very nice backdrop.

We had a great overall stay .The location was perfect, the home was clean and cozy . That said, we did encounter a few hiccups but the staff was responsive and did their best to address them quickly. Overall, we would definitely recommend this Airbnb to others and would stay again ourselves.

The home is beautiful and the views are spectacular. There is a Publix a couple miles away on the way to Englewood. The home was comfortable - both the beds and the living room furniture. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time visiting Beth’s unit at The Boardwalk Condominiums. The condo itself was perfect for our family, the view of the Gulf was beautiful, and Manasota Key area was so fun for our family with ages ranging from 73 years old to 12 years old. Lots of fun walking to restaurants and hopping between the pool and beach. Thanks for everything, Beth!

This is our second time staying at this lovely home. It is well stocked and beautifully decorated. We love having the dock right across the street and the beach a short golf cart ride away. We will be back! Lauran was always responsive, easy to work with and kind.
