Holiday rentals with a kayak in Charlotte County

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb over Memorial Day weekend! The house was perfect for our large family — spacious, clean, and very comfortable. With four bedrooms and a fun game room (complete with a cozy little couch to hang out on), there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a great getaway spot!

Laura was a wonderful host! From our first communication, she shared things to do in the area and answered any questions I had very quickly. She had a lovely welcome basket when we arrived and the house was meticulously cleaned! It was also well stocked with the things you might need while you were there, which made it feel like home! Would definitely stay again if I was traveling in the area again and would definitely recommend to others! Wonderful experience.

Convenient location , clean and well stocked , would stay again

Placida holds a special place in our hearts and Igor’s place absolutely met my high expectations for this vacation. I have little children so cleanliness is a must for me and this house was absolutely clean and the beds are VERY comfortable which is also high on my list. A bad bed, bad sleep, can literally make or break a trip and the beds were very comfy. We slept amazing! My children say the pool was the best part of their stay and it was awesome for me to have full vision on the pool inside the house and in the pool area. The location is perfect. We spent a lot of time on Boca but not being confined to the island is why we stayed off the island. The best Publix is literally across the street. We met the neighbors who have high regard for Igor. We didn’t use the kayaks (again little children stopped that) but loved that they were available. The house is fully stocked, all we needed was food. It was such a lovely stay.

Great property, everything was well taken care of and you have everything you could possibly need. Location was also very convenient.

This beautiful listing was absolutely amazing! The hosts were very friendly and responsive upon every message sent! The area is very up-kept and nice, and the house was in amazing condition. I would highly recommend staying at this place, especially with a larger group needing accommodations. Would absolutely stay again!

Second time staying here and it was just as great as the first time. Family had a great time in the pool, fishing, and beach outings as well. Looking forward to another return soon.

Amy is a terrific host and always on hand with local suggestions, additionally to the comprehensive package at the property. The property itself is in an amazing location, with just a 60 second walk to the beach and bath like sea! To help, Amy provides all the kit needed for the beach with chairs, parasols and towels easily to hand. The kitchen is great with all cooking implements you need and the living room has a massive TV with all the required streaming services logged in. I would definitely recommend Amy as a host!

This was such a pleasant surprise! The property was brand new and offered every amenity we could want. ( loved the USB outlets strategically placed, well done and often not seen) The neighborhood was quiet and it really was a short walk to the beach, made easy with the available beach cart. This may be my first ever review after all my stays at airbnb's as it certainly deserves it. Jenn & Eddie were easy to communicate with and the vibe all around was fantastic. We loved staying on Manasota key. My husband is a big fisherman and my son was so excited to find shark teeth on the beach. We all said we wish we had a few more days to spend at this house. The kitchen was so well stocked and all of the supplies to run dishes and do laundry were provided. The garage had so many fun beach items from shark tooth sifters to beach chairs, bikes, boogie boards, and beach chairs. Thanks Patty and Mike!

Absolutely fantastic stay! This Airbnb is a gem, located just 8 minutes away from the beach, making it incredibly convenient for beach lovers. The cleanliness of the place is impeccable – it was super duper clean and well-maintained. The hosts have thought of everything you could possibly need during your stay. The unit we stayed in was perfect for us. Bed was comfortable, TV was easy to manage. The AC system kept the units nice and cool. Amenities was accessible and plenty for all units to use. We were there just for the weekend but we were able to enjoy the porch, beach chairs, hats, bikes, outside shower, beautiful sunset. The Sand Bar was also a great place to have a meal and drinks. Thank you for a great stay.
