Great place to stay in Charlotte. There are lots of things to do and places to eat within a one mile radius.

Sumit sent easy to follow instructions with photos on how to get into the complex. The apartment is spotless, comfortable, and complete with everything you need for a stay. There was even a mattress pad in the bedroom closet to make the convertible sofa bed more comfortable. The pool and work out room are both accessible and just as pictured. Bring your own pool or gym towels like we did and enjoy a nice dip after a hot summer day. Very walkable area in the South End and super close to the Bank of America stadium. It took us about 10-15 minutes to walk there for an event. Ruby Sunshine was a great breakfast spot and Culinary Dropout (right next door) had a great gastropub menu. Even though you are across the street from a beer garden and nightlife location, the apartment is very quiet. We had no idea the bars stayed open late. Would highly recommend!

It was really nice. The icemaker is a little loud when you’re sleeping. That’s the only negative for us. Bed is comfy.

My husband came to Charlotte for the PGA Championship and the location was what we liked about this place, the neighborhood was cute and nice! Check in/out was easy to understand and smooth. Would definitely stay here again!

Really nice place - close to food store , metro that takes you downtown within 5 minutts - all in all very nice place 😊👌

Beautiful tree-lined street and property with pretty flowers and yard. I felt very safe and comfortable being inside the gated yard. Winston is a great host who greeted me on arrival as he was working outside. He has put a lot of thought and effort into his pretty flower beds and herb garden. The apartment is spacious, quiet and immaculate. I would love to stay here again and explore more of Charlotte! Thanks Lynn and Winston!

This place is a fantastic spot. Located in a convenient spot with lots to do around the area. The drive way is clearly marked with the address on the side of the road and there's plenty of off street parking. The self check in was super easy and convenient for us as we got to the place pretty late at night. The layout wasn't quite what we were expecting, but it worked out just fine. It's a split home, so it is very likely that you will have someone on the other side during your stay. Everything in the home is private, so there is no shared space. When you walk into the home you enter in the living room. You then have to walk through the bedroom to get to the attached bathroom, as well as the kitchen and dining area. The house was stocked with dish ware and cooking ware, as well as other household items like towels, cotton balls, a hair dryer, and much more. Jason was a great host! Extremely responsive and kind! If you want a great place to stay, you've found it!

It is a lovely Airbnb in a fine location. Good parking. Front porch table and chairs made a nice place to sit and read and people watch. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Location is awesome, so close to so many amazing restaurants and bars!! The place is exactly how it appears in the ad. You can definitely hear traffic at night and the upstairs neighbours, it wasn’t a big deal to us. If you’re going to Charlotte I would for sure recommend this place for the location!!

Everything was excellent! The area is very safe, the parking was perfect and the location is super central, very close to the airport and the city center. The place was impeccable, very clean, comfortable and well equipped. In addition, Sara was attentive from before my arrival until the moment of departure, which is greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay here again!

I loved staying here. A beautiful place, lots of things to do. Ashley was great with directions and communicated very well. I loved that I could just walk around and relax. There was a lot of noise with thr Cannon Ballers being right next door but it wasn't that bad. I actually enjoyed it. When there wasn't a game it was so quite and relaxing. Again, I loved this place. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

The apartment was clean, comfortable and conveniently located for us. Communicating with Christ was very good, he responded quickly and was very helpful. The elevator closer to the unit was not working, so we had to walk a little further to use another elevator. Other than that, everything else went well.

Sherry was an amazing host and the Lake Life Retreat was even better than what the pictures showed. This is the perfect location for a nice relaxing getaway. Added bonus was having 2 amazingly friendly dogs on site in Luna and Sandy 😁 We would definitely stay here again!

Staying at Todd’s apartment was a great experience. There were clear directions to get there, and its location is conveniently located near popular destinations in Charlotte. I would recommend this AirBnb to anyone visiting the area and needs a relaxing place to rest.

My stay was great. Matt was friendly and responsive when I needed to reach out. The location is perfect. I attended Taste Of Charlotte and I couldn’t have had a better location. I was able to walk there and to other restaurants in the area as well. The unit was fully stocked with plenty of linens, kitchen utensils and other things you may need. I would definitely book again to hang out in that immediate area.
