Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Charlottetown

The home was a Five Star Plus++++++. So clean and comfortable. Lots of room for the six of us. Easy to get into Stratford and back into Downtown Charlottetown. The record player was also a nice addition. We will return for sure. Thanks Alyssa & Alex!

We had such a wonderful stay at Phillip’s place! The home was just as beautiful as described in the photos and listing, clean, cozy, and full of charm. The location was amazing, with everything we needed within walking distance. We truly felt so relaxed and comfortable during our stay. Phillip was a fantastic host, friendly, receptive, and very attentive. Highly recommend staying here if you get the chance! The CB Cottage was everything our family was hoping for, and more, for our week long vacation to PEI. Its central location made it very convenient for visiting all corners of the province. The house was spotless, well appointed, and very well stocked with everything you could need….nice to have all the amenities of home! The property itself was private, quiet, with a million dollar view of the water…. Morning coffees were amazing! Will hopefully return very soon!

We totally enjoyed our stay at Big Blue. Nick, Julia and Julie made us feel welcomed and the accommodations were cozy and comfortable. The card, flowers, and treats were greatly appreciated.

This was a perfect hub for my friend and our daughters to stay while on PEI. Well stocked kitchen! Roomy.

Extremely lovely and comfortable town house. Very roomy kitchen and dining area, living room and bathroom downstairs and well laid out bedrooms and full bath upstairs. We had a fabulous week long visit and Jeff was super friendly and helpful while we were there. Great location for walking all around town and also for day trips all over the island. Really appreciated the well stocked kitchen and having delicious coffee and cream available on arrival. Thank you!

Absolutely incredible spot. Peaceful and charming house with plenty of room for plenty of guests if needed. Amazing yard space and great views. Very private and peaceful area. Wonderful time. Highly recommend

It was so great staying in Mildred's unit in Charlottetown! She was very responsive and always messaging to check in with us and to make sure we had everything we needed. The unit was separate and private. It had all of the listed amenities and was not far from downtown or the local stores . We felt right at home and would definitely stay with Mildred in the future!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful old house. The apartment is spacious and the host was very accommodating. The location is very convenient.

We stayed at Angelina’s for our first trip to PEI and loved it. The place was cozy, nicely decorated, spotless, and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. With a rental car, we were able to explore the entire island easily from this home base. Angelina was an incredibly responsive and proactive host. Highly recommend staying here!

Wade is a great host with a great place. The place was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The outdoor space is beautiful with a small nature reserve in the back. Don't hesitate to rent here!

Five star stay all around. Simply the perfect option for me as a walker into downtown visiting PEI first time as a solo traveler. Clean cozy, well stocked place with tons of privacy and ease of access. Great shower and water bottles and Wi-Fi and very friendly communication with the host. Probably the best self catering accommodation on the entire island.

The place was very spacious, clean and cozy with a lot of natural light. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to comfortably cook. Very well furnished with modern and comfortable pieces. Extra linens and towels were readily available and the location makes it very quiet and private, but also close to amenities and night live! There is a massuse on the main floor of the building that is highly recommended as well!!! Overall a great place to relax and have fun!!! Thank you very much Jeni! I will gladly stay again!

So glad we chose to stay here. It was exactly as described. Peaceful setting, beautiful view. The apartment was so spacious, big comfy sofas in lounge area, kitchen well equipped. Beds comfy. Bathroom spacious and with washing machine and tumble dryer. There were bikes and other equipment if desired. Outside seating too. The hosts left a welcome gift for us and we had the use of a national parc pass too. A real home from home - we loved our stay and wish it had been for longer. Blain responded to our queries promptly- he was a pleasure to deal with.

I was looking for a cozy private place close to my friends on PEI. This was my first winter visit after 50+ years of summer trips to camp. The Island is bracingly beautiful in winter, and no mosquitos or people! This place I chose to take refuge from the cold was above and beyond what I was looking for. Will and Brian are the loveliest humans. Friendly, super accommodating, respectful of your space yet responsive if you need anything. The place is spotless, tastefully appointed and the shower is the best! I was treated to a welcome package of eggs, honey, jam, syrup, bread, butter, milk and skin care products all from the Island. If you are looking for the whole Island experience this is the place. I have new lifelong friends. And if you like dogs, you will love their dog, Daisy!

Lovely, peaceful stay. Super quiet and the perfect getaway just a few steps to the downtown core. The condo was furnished with everything you need.

Great views, lovely surroundings and complimentary snacks and bathroom products were much appreciated. Very quiet if the upstairs unit is not rented seperately. We would come again!

The location is perfect for anyone who loves to be near the town center. Unfortunately the weather didn’t give us a break to enjoy the waterfront yard. It was clean and the host was quick to respond. If you’re staying with young kids, be warned that there are stairs with no barrier at the top. We managed by blocking it with the chair and it was safe for my granddaughter. We paid premium, it would be nice to have a later check out to be able to enjoy an extra morning as the weather turned nice when we left, but we knew that before we booked. The second room is small, however the master bedroom was big enough for a crib. Overall, the place is good especially if the weather cooperates. You’ll enjoy the choices of restaurants nearby. I would recommend this for a family. 3- day stay was sufficient for us.

We had an amazing stay at Island Properties! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, incredibly comfortable, and had everything needed. The location was over the top exceptional - quiet, an incredible view, peaceful, and so close to everything in the downtown. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. This will be an annual location to return to.

wonderful stay for two nights for a ladies trip for 6 people . Very cozy and exactly what we were looking for. great response from the host and an easy check in and out. Lots of room and bell TV which was a treat ! Thank you ! Highly recommend.

It was a really nice stay, the air bnb had everything we needed. The host was extremely responsive and brought over a pack n play & highchair for us within 10 minutes of us sending them a message. We had a great time. It’s actually also much bigger than the photos make it look too. The beds are super comfy. We had a lovely stay.

Loved it and really appreciated that it was pet friend. Very peaceful location and central to many locations on the island and very close to cavendish. Would definitely recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, very comfortable, clean and free parking was a plus. Walkable to restaurants and the downtown. Nice chairs near the water to enjoy the peaceful view. The few days we were there the weather wasn’t the best. We did get to drive around the island checking out Green Gables and Cavendish beach. We highly recommend and hope to come back again in late summer.
