It is close to a shopping mall, airport, train station, restaurants, art and culture because of its position in relation to tram stations, buses (beaches), bicycles, etc. You will appreciate our accommodation for the tranquility that emerges, its amenities, comfort, my availability and responsiveness. Your accommodation is suitable for the solo or business traveler, or 1 couple with 2 children or 3 adults with a child from 0 to 3 years old.

Maison moderne, confortable et cosy. Dans un cadre atypique et tranquille. A 1mn du tram, 10 mn du centre ville de Bordeaux. 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain, cuisine spacieuse entièrement équipée. Proximité toutes commodités, frais de stationnement dans la rue pris en charge, wifi et buanderie. Non fumeur, pas d'animaux, pas de fêtes. Le passage est un endroit très tranquille, nous vous demanderons de respecter la tranquillité de nos voisins et de limiter le bruit à l'extérieur.

Nice 2-story house in a quiet area in the city center, near "Place de la Victoire" where you can do everything on foot. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, very well-equipped kitchen and a small patio allow you to discover Bordeaux in a very comfortable way and without being ruined. Quiet residential area has everything you probably need. Bakery, grocery store and parking not far away. Close to tram B and bus line 1, taking you back from the train station or airport.

The house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, a few steps from the Public Garden, right in the center. The house is arranged on 3 floors. Guests can enjoy a terrace with Jacuzzi (until 10pm maximum). Private parking on the ground floor that can accommodate several cars is available, by reservation only, at the rate of €15/day/car. The geographical location is ideal: you can discover most of the city on foot. Occupancy is 10 people maximum.
