Petit chalet indépendant et cosy, niché entre le lac d'Annecy et les sommets des Aravis. Orienté sud, il bénéficie d'une belle lumière et d'une terrasse en bois pour profiter de la vue paisible sur les dents de Lanfon. Idéal pour un couple, ce petit nid douillet est parfait pour des vacances tout autant sportives que reposantes, à deux pas des commodités. Bien que situé à côté de notre maison, le gîte est entièrement indépendant et intime.

I rent my apartment on Airbnb when I'm away. It is located in a village close to Lake Annecy and Switzerland. It consists of a bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, kitchen open to the living room and balcony with mountain views for a surface area of 60 m². Free parking is available on-site. The neighborhood is quiet and surrounded by greenery The apartment is southeast-facing, which allows you to fully enjoy the balcony even in summer.
