It was wonderful again with Luc and in Fons-sur-Lussan. We have been spending our spring holidays in Fons for years. It's a little paradise that Luc created. Our dogs and we are very comfortable there. The house is well equipped for our needs, the village with its epicerie and the cafe/restaurant very nice, the contact with Luc is warm, the garden and the surroundings a dream. That's why we look forward to the next vacation with Luc.

The atmosphere there is really great. It is very quiet and feels like it is in the middle of nature. Nevertheless, the great bakery, a small supermarket and a nice restaurant are within a five-minute walk. The vintage style of the furnishings and the garden with two terraces and a pool make the stay perfect. The pool is even bigger than it looks in the pictures. Lézan is very rural but well suited as a starting point for excursions. Fabrice's tips and hints were very helpful. We felt very comfortable there and there is everything you need for a vacation. Be sure to visit the organic winemaker next door and buy wine!

We had the most wonderful week staying in this beautiful home. It’s enormous! The dogs loved the size of the gardens, the pool is actually an infinity pool and bigger than it looks. It’s french gite with a whole load of chic thrown in. There’s even 2 kitchens! The view from both the pool and the patio is truly unbelievable. A little paradise in the middle of nowhere (about that, the address doesn’t get you to the property on apple or Google maps. Luckily we have found it on a satellite versions before we left, identifiable by the location and layout of the pool in relation to the house, so we used that to get us to the gate). There are giant screens in a couple of the rooms and the Wi-Fi worked so when it got a little hot (it’s been 38 degrees) the kids kept cool watching movies. The place is super well stocked - more than you could ever need for cooking with and the bbq was perfect for outdoor dining every night. The bedrooms are enormous and three large bathrooms all very elegantly done. It really is such a spacious property. The nearest town with supermarket and restaurants is about 10 minutes drive and nearby the canoeing and walks done by the river are the most stunning scenery. The dogs loved to cool down in the river whilst we ventured down a 10k stretch in canoes. We loved it so much we would even come back - which we rarely do as there are just so many places to visit in the world but we saw only a tiny part of what is possibly one of the most beautiful parts of France. Could not recommend more highly! Natalie our host was lovely, met us to welcome us and left us some rose wine as a gift - lovely! She also helped with recommendations for restaurants and finding a good vet (new rules for travelling is the dogs, check in advance and sort before you leave). Five star place I almost don’t want anyone else to know about it

I add a new dithyrambic comment to what goes far beyond the simple principle of renting to become a real experience in its own right. First and foremost, an experience of the senses, in a vast and diverse natural setting, with light beautifully sculpted by the trees. We find ourselves in a bubble out of time. Kevin, Mary and Bruno knew, beyond simple entertainment, how to participate in the development of our 2-year-old daughter, who spent a week marveling at this privileged access to nature, between meetings with animals and creative workshops offered with generosity. Outdoor games completed this plethora of offers that we did not have time to exhaust. We all slept very well. The cottage has everything you need to cook and a very nice terrace. Mary, Bruno and Kevin have a communicative love of nature, and both young and old will leave with a thorough knowledge of their environment.

Ethel is a perfect host, Caring, available and extremely discreet. The accommodation is great and you feel good right away. The decor is soothing and also contributes to this calm as well as the environment.

Beautiful South of France home with all the amenities for a more than perfect stay with friends. The exterior is sublime and allows for good moments of relaxation. Charlene is a very welcoming, kind and responsive host to messages. I would recommend this Airbnb and hope to be able to come back and stay there soon!

The apartment is located in one of 12 small hamlets that make up the village of Saint-Privat-de-Champclos. It was a good thing that Pierre-Yves had given us the geographical coordinates, because our car navigation system didn't recognize the address. This seclusion guarantees a very quiet holiday in absolutely impressive surroundings. The apartment is complete as described and very high quality, the pool provides cooling in very summery temperatures. By car (or by bike) you can still quickly go shopping, stroll or eat in nearby Barjac. The same applies to restaurants in the area. Pierre-Yves has a list of all the interesting addresses - just perfect! We felt very comfortable there - the house, the nature, the tranquility and last but not least the friendly dealings with the landlord were the guarantee for a very nice holiday. It was especially nice to watch the swallows that gave the holiday home its name. Thanks for the wonderful time.

We had a lovely stay in the studio which is small, but comfortable and well arranged. The terrace offers an extraordinary view with surrounding calm, beautiful greenery close to Saint-Jean by car. However, it should be noted that access to the studio needs to be in shape, there are several stairs, before accessing the accommodation:-) I think the 2nd bed (extra bed) could be included in the price. But I don't regret anything. We were able to rest really well in an idyllic setting.

Nothing to say, the place is heavenly; the garden super well maintained, the petanque court in the right place, the deckchairs, the barbecues... everything perfect for a weekend where we didn't want to move from the cottage; fortunately the good weather was there! Emmanuelle is adorable, I recommend her without hesitation!

We were guests with 6 adults and 3 toddlers between 18 months and 4 years. The house offers everything your heart desires. From a well-equipped kitchen with more than enough dishes and cutlery, to dining areas inside and outside the house, a cozy lounge area, a great pool with plenty of loungers, a large outdoor area with play facilities incl. Table tennis table and trampoline were all there. The kids had at least as much fun as we did. We would come back anytime😊. A visit to Goudargues is highly recommended. There is a market there on Wednesday.

The setting of the cottage is amazing, if you want to spend a peaceful holiday in an idyllic nature. Claudine welcomed us very friendly and gave us plenty of useful information about the surrounding area. The cottage is very well equipped and tastefully decorated. Claudine offers several nice activities, pony ride, massage... I would highly recommend it.

Caroline was a very good host. She was always helpful with questions. The house is even nicer than in the photos. The pool is really very large and the view is great. The terrace is also beautiful and there is a large grill. You can switch off and relax very well there. The house is a little difficult to reach by car, because the last 500 meters lead over an unpaved road. I recommend an SUV. We were 7 people and had a lot of space, as the living space and the kitchen are very large. All in all, I can definitely recommend it. We had a great time. Thank you!

Very large and pleasant house for large groups. Everything comes together for a good time. Too bad there was only one fridge out of the two that worked.

The cottage of the Jeanne estates is family-friendly and very welcoming, children can wander around safely. The cottage is well arranged, with the two bedrooms it was perfect for the three of us with the dog who is welcome. There were several on the cottage. The pool is a real plus in these heats. there are many places to see and full of river corners where to go and cool off. Xavier is full of good tips on this. The table d 'hôte 3 times a week is a time when you can meet with the other guests and have a great time eating very well. We will keep very fond memories of our holidays at the Domaine de la Jeanne

Super well-equipped cottage, very well arranged with quality services, a superb terrace with heated pool and a breathtaking view, where we spent a very good weekend with the family, we discovered beautiful hikes, lively markets to taste local products in a beautiful region of Ardèche. thank you to Sylvie and Pierre who are very welcoming and friendly hosts who allowed us to have flexible schedules according to their booking schedule. The cottage is located in a nice little hamlet where we had very good contact with the locals who gave us good info!

Great stay if you are donkey trekking- right next door and easy to get to!
