We enjoyed our stay very much. Sylvie was a great host. The house was lovely. The outdoor area, swimming pool and beautiful garden was perfect for outdoor living. Close proximity to Cognac ensured that all services were only a short drive away.

A truly unforgettable stay! This private, spacious boathouse was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we were wowed by the unique character and thoughtful design—especially the stunning bolted ceiling that give the space more charm with a touch of grandeur. The bed was comfortable, making every night restful and serene. The bathroom was great with a big walk-in shower, and heated floors were a luxurious bonus we didn’t know we needed! Everything was spot on, blending comfort with a sense of adventure. If you’re looking for a stay that’s both cozy and strikingly unique, this is it!

Danielle and Dominique are very welcoming and above all they were present at our arrival and departure, it is rare these days. The only thing I think it would be good to clarify in the listing description is that there is no real shower room. There is a separate shower and a toilet with a small sink. The appartment is fantastic. Stylish and comfortable with everything you need. Its within easy reach of shops, places to eat or just sit and have a coffee, the market, walks by the river and there are bus stops close by, but its quiet at night too. Lisa is great with good and speedy communication. We'd definitely like to come back. Merci beaucoup Lisa!!

Corinne and Christophe were able to welcome us perfectly with our two daughters. Studio for 4 people with mezzanine for children. Well arranged and everything you need for the week. Very nice private garden and access to the pool. I recommend it without so much as a second thought.
