Son intérieur confortable permet d’accueillir jusqu’à 6 personnes, idéal pour partager des moments précieux en famille ou entre amis. La terrasse vous offre un véritable cocon suspendu. Instants de repos, contemplation des couchers de soleil. Cette cabane est une invitation à ralentir, à respirer, et à découvrir la nature depuis un point de vue unique, entre sérénité et émerveillement.

This gîte is housed in an old 17th century farmhouse. Located in the middle of the fields, nestled at the foot of a large oak tree, enjoy the view of the Vercors, wild orchids and the country atmosphere! In summer, you can access a swimming pool shared by all our guests, located 500 m away (closed on Sundays). Finally, for your gatherings, 2 other lodges and 1 room are available (they can be rented to third parties). You can also discover our agricultural estate 500 m away.

In the upper Livron, with cobblestone, narrow and steep streets, close to hiking trails and an associative grocery store with local products. We will welcome you upstairs of our house, with private access and the possibility of self check-in. The ground floor is our home, the interior staircase is communicating but partitioned and closed by a door. In the summer, we will share our terrace and pool under our large linden tree. We can store your luggage and bikes.

Le belvédère - Independent gîte

The cottage is an outbuilding of the house. Renovated in September 2019, you can enjoy the garden, pool (subject to authorization and deposit) and a crazy view. From the peaks of the Ardèche to the foothills of the Vercors... All facing south!!!! The cottage is online on several rental platforms and classified ad sites, the calendar is always up to date. Attention: No WIFI, but 5G is available!! June 2025: A bioclimatic pergola has just arrived!! NO PARTIES!

Maison des Chirouzes

I offer you a country house that is pleasant due to its tranquility and its environment. It will be ideal for a relaxing vacation but will be just as suitable for discovering the region (Drôme Provençale, Ardèche, Vercors) or for sports travelers being close to multiple activities such as horseback riding, bike rides, hiking. This vacation home is adjoining our accommodation, we will be happy to inform you and advise you according to your wishes.

Large house composed of two apartments. The one we rent is on the ground floor (about 110 m2), and ours is in the other part of the house, on the first floor. The rental apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms with 140 beds, plus another room with 120 bed and 1 90 bed, a bathroom, a toilet, a large living/kitchen area, a 40 m2 veranda, a wooded park with large 5X10 pool. Sunbathing with cushions and gas barbecue available.

An hour from Lyon and fifteen minutes from Annonay, come and stay in this beautiful home for a stay. Easily accessible, the cottage is located on the road between St Romain d'Ay and Ardoix, and close to the village center. In the vicinity, a multitude of activities are possible: Tree climbing in Pilat Park, visit to the Peaugres Safari, Vélorail and Train de l'Ardèche or discovery of the Facteur Cheval's Ideal Palace
