We welcome you to an independent T2 on the ground floor of our house. The accommodation opens onto a terrace equipped with garden furniture and an unsupervised swimming pool. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with easy parking. Ideally located: 5 min walk to the center (shops, restaurants and cinema) activities and tourist sites (Chocolate Museum, Via-Rhôna, Petit Train de l'Ardèche...). 5 min to the bus station, 12 min to the TER train station, all on foot. Highway exit 3 km away.

From the peaks of the Ardèche to the foothills of the Vercors... All facing south!!!! The cottage is online on several rental platforms and classifieds site, the calendar is always up to date. Caution: No WIFI, but 5G is available!! June 2025: A bioclimatic pergola has just arrived!! NO PARTIES!
