The Annex is a completely private part of our house for guests exclusive use, located in the historical Kentish village of Leeds, within walking distance to stunning Leeds Castle. Located 5 minutes from J8 M20. Ideal for Leeds Castle. The Kent show ground. 35 mins drive to Eurotunnel & 50 mins to Dover ferry port. 1 hour to London via train. The Annex has it's own private entrance, rear private patio area, sitting room/ fully equipped kitchenette, downstairs shower room/ large upstairs bedroom.

Walking enthusiasts will enjoy walks from the back door straight on to the North Downs Way and there is a bench by the front door fitted with a heated element, perfect for warming up your walking boots. This modern studio apartment is just a stones throw from Rochester's historic high street and its wealth of attractions and events. It has 3 sets of stairs.The apartment is clean and comfortable and has recently been refurbished. The modern bathroom features a bath with rainfall shower. The bed is permanently down at the moment. There is plenty of storage space for clothing etc. And an accessible converted loft storage area for cases etc.
