Monthly Rentals in Châtignac

No complaints, the house is clean, spacious, and well renovated. There is everything you need to stay a few nights to a few weeks (equipped kitchen, washing machine, coffee machine, tv, fiber...). The location is ideal if you want to rest in peace while having access to all amenities at 15min. Angouleme and Bordeaux are not far away either. Ludivine and Geoffrey were very welcoming and accommodating during our stay, we were in full purchase of real estate in the area, and coming from the Netherlands it allowed us to breathe a little time to do all the administrative steps required. We had our pug with it and the available space allowed it to enjoy a little of the great outdoors. Self check-in is always convenient especially when you have a lot to do, and it allows you to leave the key in the box when you leave to avoid losing it unnecessarily during the day. Bonus point, Gaia's presence <3

We had the pleasure of staying in one of Meg and Mark’s gîtes with our 2 teenage daughters for 4 nights. I had no hesitation in booking the gite having seen how beautiful it looked on the website and reading the glowing reviews both on the website and on Airbnb. On arrival we received a warm welcome from Meg and Mark who showed us around the gîte and the grounds. The gîte itself is just beautiful. It is absolutely spotless and exceptionally well equipped. The beds were super comfortable made even better by the high quality bedding. The grounds and gardens are very well kept and the pool is stunning with great views of the surrounding countryside - it was a big hit as was the hot tub in our private garden! To top it off, Meg and Mark are the most fantastic warm, friendly and welcoming hosts but always respectful of our privacy. Thank you Meg and Mark for a truly memorable few days and for your fantastic hospitality. Chez Lussaud is an absolute gem and is a credit to you!

This is probably the coolest house I've ever stayed at. The house was HUGE inside, the pictures don't do it justice. And the garden was perfect for our whippet pup to sprint and explore to her heart's content, very secure. Claire was really helpful and gave us good advice regarding getting food on a bank holiday. We'll definitely stay here again!

Excellent hosting. Patrick is charming. Nature lovers, the cottage met our expectations exactly, clean and quiet. Plus, our host had taken care to heat the cottage. The horses nearby were great neighbors. Recommended.
