Just a few steps away you will find iconic addresses such as 'Le Café de Flore', 'Les Trois Magots', 'La Durée', as well as famous tourist attractions like the Abbey of St Germain des Près, the Luxembourg Gardens, l’ile de la cite (Notre Dame de Paris Cathedral), the Louvre Museum, etc. My 3rd-storey flat consists of one spacious living room with an open kitchen, a quiet bedroom and a beautiful bathroom. You are welcome to use the internet, TV, dressing room, dishwasher, and washing machine. Designed for two people. Within walking distance, Metropolitan underground line 4 and 10, and many buses. Idéal pour une famille de 2 adultes et 2 à 3 enfants ou télétravail. A 10 minutes du métro ligne 13 ou 5 minutes en tram, literie fournie et prête. Double séjour, grande chambre enfants (17m2) , suite parentale avec salle d'eau. Cuisine bien équipée. Un chat reste dans le logement (mais possibilité de l en sortir exceptionnellement). Elle est très sociable.

The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with an open kitchen and a chimney, a garden and an 80m2 terrace equipped with a hot tub and sauna to admire the dazzling sunsets over the Seine. The house is fully equipped: underfloor heating, air conditioning, kitchen, WIFI, TV, connected lights.

Cozy Studio in North Montmartre

Located on the edge of Montmartre 1km from the Sacré-Coeur, this studio has everything you need for an affordable stay! It is only 14m2, which is common in Paris, but it is very small. I don't recommend that two people stay for long, but it does sleep two. It is very livable for one person: I lived there myself for 2.5 years including the pandemic, then a student rented it for 3 years. Another disclaimer is that it doesn't get a lot of natural light, but it stays cool in summer ;)

One block from the Boulogne countryside, you may walk 5 minutes to the Jardin d'acclimatation (amusement park) as the Louis Vuitton foundation. The neighborhood is made of nice restaurants, organic foodstore and the flat is 2mn walkint to the metro tube Pont de Neuilly, 5 stops to the Champs Elysées.
