We had a great stay for our family vacation. Close enough to walk downtown and enjoy everything Chattanooga had to offer. Easy to get in and out of. The place was clean and organized. Plenty of space for a family of 4. Kids loved the Murphy bed!

We had a great time staying here! The location was great and the condo was easy to access and very clean. We stayed there with our kids and will definitely stay again! Easy access to all the activities we had planned for the weekend. It would’ve been a lovely walk, but since it was raining, we decided to drive to the aquarium.

We absolutely loved our stay at the condo. The condo is great. Everything was exactly as described. Pictures were spot on. Great location and amenities. We will definitely be booking again for our next trip to Chattanooga. Ashley and Justin were very responsive to us for our entire stay. Absolutely enjoyed our stay!!

Ashley’s place was amazing. My family and I felt extremely safe and comfortable. The place was exactly as described if not better. Perfectly placed making Chattanooga downtown sites, food and activities very accessible (drivable/walkable). So glad Ashley offered this space. We’d recommend 10/10.

Great and comfortable place to stay. Check in was easy. Very close to everything, restaurants, museums, ruby falls, rock city, etc. Noise was not really noticeable from Main Street. Had most amenities. Paper towel was half of one and only two laundry pod were provided. We traveled with a two year old. They provided a pack and play and high chair which was great. Host was very responsive, attentive, and friendly. Overall, I would stay here again. Good experience.

Spotless and comfortable, and everything was as described. The beds were SUPER comfortable. Great location that’s convenient to all beautiful Chattanooga has to offer.

The house had plenty of space for everyone and had tons of stuff to do. We used the hot tub, pool, pickle ball court, ping pong and poker table. We used the grill and ate on the balcony a number of times. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Had issues with connecting a portable camera with existing wifi but reached out to host and quick response for alternative wifi resolved the issue. Main floor beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay; would come back again.

I was only going to be in town for a quick trip, and Jaims place was actually cheaper than a decent hotel where I was staying. It was so unique and different which I loved. It genuinely felt like I was staying a grandmas lake house. My friends and I had the best time and really enjoyed how peaceful it was. The communication was great. We messaged Jaims when a dog showed up out of nowhere and she was super responsive and helpful. 10/10 no notes! Will definitely come back again.

This was our second time staying with Sandra. The home is quaint and well-kept, and Sandra is an excellent communicator. Anything we needed was immediately addressed. The home is on a street with very little traffic, so sitting on the porch for an evening of relaxing was easy. The home is clean and the individual bathrooms is a plus for a home of this type. Hot water was always hot, even with a full house. Check in and check out times are very reasonable, and downtown Chatt is only a few minutes away and a very easy drive.

This home in Chattanooga was absolutely immaculate and beautifully designed—every room was thoughtfully decorated with incredible attention to detail. The beds were ultra comfortable, and every feature of the home made our stay feel luxurious and relaxing. We truly enjoyed every moment and found ourselves wishing we had booked a few more days. Highly recommended!

Kathi was an amazing host! Upon arriving and checking in she gave us fresh eggs! The place was very comfortable and had everything you could need for your trip. The perfect home away from home. The amenities were amazing we used the kayaks and pickleball and the hot tub. We cannot wait to come back and stay here again! Thank you so much!

Had a group camping trip that was rained out - Jenny and George were able to host us last minute. A beautiful and relaxing place to stay, very clean and had something for everyone. The sauna was excellent and the movie room chairs were comfortable to the point where several of our group fell asleep in them. Would stay again without hesitation.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Lake House! The evening sunset views were breathtaking—truly unbeatable. It was the perfect place to relax, spend quality time with family, and enjoy countless hours fishing off the dock. The house offered plenty of space for all of our activities, and the well-stocked kitchen was a wonderful surprise—it had everything we needed and more. We also appreciated the collection of games and puzzles, which added to the fun and made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was very well maintained. The bathrooms were spotless and came stocked with plenty of fresh towels. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping this home in top shape. We can’t wait to come back!
